This is my preferred El Pollo in this area. I always found it easy to get in and out of this parking lot. Its always clean inside and it tends to not be very busy here when I come so not much of a wait. Im kind of picky about exactly what I order the girl that served me really new the menu well and was able to enter in my order to my satisfaction. She was a girl with burgundy hair. Very knowledgeable employee. I will continue coming to this location as my number one El Pollo in the area.

The food is always up to the chains standard. Given the lunch rush, its amazing how clean this location is at all hours. Lunch service is prompt and staffed by their A-team. If you go outside of lunch, the staff seem dazed and confused. In spite of your efforts at an annoying game of whos-on-first when ordering, the order will come out wrong, and take surprisingly long to fulfill.

Im picking up a catered meal and arrived a half hour early. The manager got flustered that I was early even though I said no problem Ill wait. I asked if I could pay and she proceeded to a cash register. She stopped and answered the phone and never came back and she is the General Manager. SHOCKING!!! Poor communication skillls.

Dang, I was wanting a good chicken dinner like I normally get at this location but the chicken breast was so dry I had to drink water to even swallow it. I am not a complainer so I didnt say anything to the staff. Ill come back... Just wasnt good today.
