Service was extremely terrible from the start. First, as I waited in line the cashier allowed two other customers to cut in front of us; when I asked if their was only one line or two he said one and I said ok so then why are you allowing people that came in after me to go first and he said ok your next; however, some impatient customer went ahead and just ordered as if it were her turn next and he took her order without even trying to let her know that their was only one line. Maybe the cashier was intimidated because the person was of color and had an attitude ; however, what he did was not right. I told the supervisor but she didnt seem to care because all she said was ok Ill let him know. Then my food order wasnt even correct. Like really, I regret even wasting my money in that place. Last time I ever go there. NEVER AGAIN. Clearly they dont care about customer service.

This location is very close to the freeway exit, and next door is In & Out Burger. Very close to the Ontario Mill, which I think both of this fast food offer better food than anything offer in the outlet. Their chicken nuggets tasted very different than the McDonald version, a lot smaller but you an clearly see the white meat unlike McDonald version. The dipping they got is prettyful but you has to getting them from the counter. The same goes with the fountain drinks. The waffle fries is the real selling for me h

The food is always great here! Service has always been friendly. They keep the whole place very clean, including the kids play area. We dont come to this one as often because he parking is a bit tough being that its next to In N Out. Also, theres not usually a lot of kids for my kids to play with in the play area. But if you just want good food, this is a great place to come if you can find a parking spot.

This location needs to be kept up better , most of the tables are always dirty. Had to clean my own table , trash on the floor. Not to mention when I finally got my spicy chicken deluxe sandwich ...it was barely warm. Im not one to complain , but hey this place isnt exactly giving you a value deal !! I would expect a little more for my buck !!!

My favorite fast food restaurant hands down. I love the original chicken sandwich but have grown to favor the spicy chicken sandwich now its very seasoned and not too spicy. Sweet tea is a southern drink but all chick fil a have it which is great. The icecream is thick and taste homemade all year round. I love chick fil a. A+

Awesome experience..Greeted with a welcome and hello as soon as we walked in the door..Sarah the Manager was friendly as so was the other staff on duty..After a 2 hour drive it was nice to be greeted this way. Defiently will pass the word to friends and family..Thank you

This Chick-fil-A place is always my go-to. Near to the shopping mall and your to our church. Very kid-friendly Ive always seen it clean and the food is great my favorite thing to eat are the wraps in the chicken strips and their sauces are amazing

Great service. The workers are so polite and respectful. The only thing was today my chicken strips where burnt and so where some of my fries. Today is the only time they have ever done that. Usually there food is perfectly cooked.

The classic Chicken Sandwich is amazing with the Polynesian sauce. The service is the best of any fast food restaurant in the entire area. Every single person who works at Chick-Fil-A goes out of their way to make sure you are happy.

You know I love the food and service but the prices are getting out of control. Going to be coming here a good deal less because of the high cost. Take your family to Applebees instead you will end up saving yourself ten dollars

By far, best fast food style of dining experience anywhere. The only fast food restaurant we trust would be closest to "real" food product if you know what I mean. The staff is so friendly, happy and hospitable. Wow!

Inconsistent. Did not get my order correct over charged me and did not even listen to me at all when asking for sauces. Upon arriving home cold food and bun felt stale. Usually its a solid place but this was just sad.

First time visit, very nice people. Clean, busy. Yes its always but what do you expect from a popular place to eat. Portion sizes are nice. 3 person people meals expect to pay about $20 or more.

Been here twice to get the whole office breakfast, only to be told they are out of chicken biscuits. You are a chicken restaurant, there is no excuse for running out of chicken. Im done with chick fila.
