First my family and I arrived about 7pm and didnt leave until roughly 9pm, this is not the result of having and wonderful, talking filled dessert enjoying good time, this was the result of waiting. First off for a baby picking plate that was received close to dessert time. Wasnt even worried about that except that our baby was fidgeting and could have used the distraction. Secondly for my vegetarian daughters meal having to be cooked 3 times, then coming to us a bland soupy alfredo. Her original alfredo was only asked to be prepared minus the chicken it was apparently served to someone else who wanted chicken, was then made again this time the mistake was they left on the chicken, thankfully this was not brought out to us. Again remade most bland, boring, watery alfredo I would expect from amateur home cooking not a restaurant, but she ate it, why because we were almost done with our food. Third my daughters corn dog meal came without french fries which we again had to wait for another good 10 mins or more as well as a dip sauce we requested. Our waitress was very apologetic and Super sweet, I dont fault her at all, till the end. See this would be bad enough on some normal dinner outing, but it just so happened to be my 33rd birthday. So a manager tries to come out and placate the situation a bit and comps my daughters alfredo and a cheesecake since it was my birthday, which is nice. Im thinking a nice cheesecake with some bday decoration on it, have a birthday song sung by waiters and waitresses like the one I walked by from bring my daughter back from the bathroom. NOPE..... Nope nope I come back to half of the order of cheesecakes already sitting there and having to wait again for the other 2. Which are laid out by a staff thats seems just ready for us to leave. What happened to guest service. I would think after such an awful experience theyd try to have us leave on a high note. NOPE no song, no decoration. Just my tiny slice of cheesecake I hardly ate any of, I was just ready to leave. Again I dont fault the waitress she was very nice, helped me pick out what I ordered which happened to be about the only thing good about the visit, so she still got her full tip. We will just be finding somewhere else we like for birthday dinners. This experience doesnt not bear repeating. Not only that, but skip to the next day I get food poisoning, After having all night my food not settling well. Thank you for ruining my birthday dinner Cheesecake factory and the next day as well.

Food is good. I get the rib eye steak, and its tender and juicy, real good. Obviously the cheesecake selection is awesome, and they are good. The only negative is the wait time, on the weekends its usually an hour to an hour and a half on average. The staff sometimes looks over whelmed at times. Last time I went, which was this last weekend, they told us 45 min. Cool, right? We got sat down an hour and a half later. We kept asking, and they didnt have an answer for us. But once we sat down, service was prompt, and good. Our server was great, wish i could remember her name, but she was awesome sauce. So the 3 stars is for the wait time. But overall if you have time, and in no hurry, then stop by. You will enjoy the food and desserts.

OVERALL: very good service, very good food, great atmosphere, pricey but large quantities, slight inconsistencies but always return. Always busy at peak meal times so expect a wait--better times to come are 2pm-5pm on weekdays. Parking available in two lots across from the restaurant, but they fill up at peak times. Dining room is large and comfortable; there are two outdoor patio areas with heaters which are great for large parties. The food is consistently good like all CFs, but there have been times where weve experienced delays in service in spite of well trained wait staff, indicating a kitchen issue. The bar drinks are 96% perfectly mixed (sometimes the sweet drinks need additional sweetening to some tastes.)

Excellent service here! Jonathan made sure to never let our waters get half full and gave good recommendations on food when we asked. The food. Omg. I had the pizza and salad lunch special and its honestly the best cheese pizza Ive ever had in my life. And I dont eat red meat, so thats a lot of cheese pizza lol. The Caesar salad was also very delicious! And the wild blueberry cheesecake SO GOOD! You cant go wrong here. Great service, great food. Its now a tradition to come to this particular one on the way to grandmas house. Get ready grandma, youll be seeing a lot more of us!!

Great place to go if your a white supremacist; everything here perfectly decorated the staff is comprised of nothing but pure breed northern Europeans except in the kitchen of course. Dont go in asking for a application if your not white theyll give a dirty looks. Dont expect to get interview either, unless you look like a illegal immigrant that wants to work in the kitchen or a young Nordic that wants a job because thier practice is to cancel interviews if no one falls under those two categories. So good luck not getting dirty looks if your not white enough, Black or Asian.

*GABRIEL* now this is a professional man/ manager. We all know the cheesecake factory has good food but not always the best service for the price. But this real human being made sure to let his customers know that every customer is as valid as the last. From a Chefs (executive chef n private)perspective I would want a gentlemen of this caliber on my team. So to all that read this review come to the cheesecake factory in Rancho Cucamonga to get the best service possible and if you have any problems Im sure GABRIEL will take care whatever situation with confidence and valor.

What an excellent experience my family and I had here. It was my birthday and I wanted to something different so I choose The Cheesecake Factory. The service was awesome we had to wait for about 30 minutes before being seated but that was to be expected on a Saturday evening. The menu items were all great and hard to choose from. I recommend the roasted artichoke for an appetizer. When the main course came out it was delicious. To top the evening off we all had huge slices of cheesecake that were out of this world!!! Lets just say we shall return...

Cheesecake Factory obviously has multiple locations and a specific standard of food quality. Unfortunately I dont experience the same food quality with all locations. This one however was particularly good and I continue to go back. I love their food and its always good. The staff are extremely courteous and typically the wait is shorter than what is expected. I mean when youre at Cheesecake Factory you have to try the cheesecake. I personally love the oreo flavor and have never been disappointed in their cheesecake.
