This was my 1st time here. It was totally NOT crowded at all (only 1 person in line ahead of me.). I had a simple order,.... just 2 bean burritos, & they came fast (within 1 minute) I then ordered 2 more, right away. I then ordered 2 more the same way,...& then 3 people aftetr me ordered fairly large orders,....and thy were getting theyre large orders filled, so I waited nearly 17 minutes. Finally,..since no one had called my name,& people walking in were getting their large orders filled right away,......... I asked the girl at the counter if they had forgotten my order, or what?? ,..& she admitted/discovered, that the (brain dead) woman in the kitchen had TOTALLY FORGOTTEN MY ORDER (only when asked her, point blank)!! I Waited 17 mintutes for NOTHING, on a hot day, with few customers! I wont be back!!

El Pollo Loco food is enjoyable but this location is not exemplary. They must have there recruiting office in Tijuana because all the employees speak horrible english. They have horrible morale and IT CLEARLY SHOWS. They are lazy and rush you along in the drivethru, they forget to add condiments that you ask for then get all postmenstrual when you remind them that you wanted something. I would not eat inside unless you like being around loud lower class people with alot of noisy kids. The restaurant is not maintained in a clean manner.

Have no consideration for there customer .. waited 20 minutes on the drive thru .. after we got tired of waiting, and carts had left, I had to call them and ask whats going on .. did they care no .. its s secret shopper .. we have to take care of them, forget everyone else .. she said its going to be another fifteen minutes so they can look good .. not coming to these place again .. they look good in front of the secret shopper, but lost a customer .. and this review

Been to this location 4 times within 2 weeks and the longest Ive waited is 10 minutes which is pretty good because the food is great! The salsa is always fresh, and theres no funny over ripe avocado taste or slices thrown on their plates. The only thing Ive noticed is that the portion size varies?! Also, they shouldnt advertise any plates with broccoli, they either dont serve it at this location at all or they always run out by 2pm.

weve been coming to this el pollo loco throughout our breaks & this time we wanted to make a separate transaction and someone told us we werent able to do that? why couldnt we make a separate transaction?! ive dealt with fast food and worked within that industry and this is the dumbest thing ive ever heard. and to top it off they NEVER put napkins in our bags, both times i came their were NO napkins!

A little neighborhood fast food place and usually theyre exactly what they say on their menu however Ive ordered chicken breast from there and from time to time they will be a decent size and other times they will be burnt and under-sized, and Ive ordered a lot of things off their menu. So, you might need to check your order before leaving that place and make sure its exactly as you ordered it.

Didnt give me all my order and they gave me someone elses quesadilla as well as water bottles that where not cold and when I asked for hard tacos they didnt have hard shells. So far these employees that maybe new can not get a simple order correct and all the food that other restraints have. No wonder that place was practically empty inside and out in the drive through.

Bathrooms were filthy (both of them) The dinning room also was dirty. How does a manager see a dining room in such a mess and bathrooms in distgusting conditions and not make it a priority to see to it being cleaned? Oh and I ordered a salad, drove home and there was no salad dressing. Lack of care, I can only imagine what the cooking and food areas are like.

Foods great! Love the salsas, always freshly made. Dining room is a bit crunched for space, but food and great customer service more than make up for it. As for the people who wrote racists comments, if you dont like their employees, then you shouldnt go to a Mexican restaurant. Simple as that.

This fast food sucks first time going to this fast food and wanst good the y gave me tortilla cold, side are small chicken was to dry and i paid 30 bucks for thos food and it wanst even good not comming back i prrfer going to the one at tustin way better then this piece of shot dump.....

Great service from manager at 12:11 on 8/19/2017.There was a problem with the fryer that does the vegetables for the fajitas , so she had me pick something else for the same price of $5.00. What great service that was.Cudos to El Pollo loco for having a great manager. She is awesome.

Okay place. The food is pretty good. Except for the very last visit, which was fast, the food service is generally very slow. Its not uncommon to wait 20 to 30 minutes after you place your order. Though, drive-thru maybe little bit faster.

Girls at the drive-through customer service were great they had fresh chicken made had to wait for 15 minutes but well worth the wait they even gave me a discount and a free coleslaw thanks pollo loco!

Nice having to wait 40 mins to just put in a order. After seeing how disorganized the staff is and how long they take to push one order out, I decided to leave. Subway can take my money instead.

The food is good parking is difficult. Business is on a corner small area. Customer going thru drive thru and trying to park to go in business. Not a smooth transact coming and going.

Its not as good as it used to be one time. Overpriced for what you get. Side orders are barely Luke warm, chicken is alright, a bit dry. I wouldnt make an effort to go there again.

Since the new menu came out, the selection and flavors have been great. The service is a little slow but the food is still pretty good. Check out the tostadas!
