Studio Cycle sparkles with warmth from the staff and cleanliness from the new bikes and spacious spin room. There are three spin facilities within walking distance of my house, and I bypass them all to get to Studio Cycle. Casey is my favorite instructor--her directions are clear and encouraging and her classes are an excellent physical and mental challenge. I have become a much better cyclist and increased my aerobic fitness dramatically as a result of taking Caseys class.
