I went to this gym Monday thru Friday 5am for 3 years. The first thing was when they added peak plus and told me I wouldnt have to worry my rate for peak was grandfathered,(thanks Gabe) so I lost some perks but got to pay the same price. Secondly if you are not utilizing the trainers than you are a second class member when equipment usage is involved. Weights haphazardly strewn the lifting area with maybe half put away maybe, the spit all over the mirrors in front of the squat racks at 5 a.m. when they open, the constant need to have the desk person refill the spray disinfectant so I can wipe down the treadmill or whatever equipment before I use it, the removal of equipment because a few members misuse it , the complete lack of respect and actually aggressive disrespect projected toward myself when I inquired as to what happened. I continued to go to this gym because it was close to my house and when I felt that the staff not only didnt care but would be outright hostile towards me I just couldnt take it anymore. Solidifying my decision to cancel my membership was the complete nonchalant attitude by the staff assisting me.

Crunch wont let you cancel easily. I needed to cancel my membership and both their corporate offices in NY and their local gym told me that both my wife and I have to go into the gym and provide a signature to cancel the membership. I told them that if they are unable to cancel my membership over the phone, even after they have verified who I am by asking security questions, then I would just have my credit card cancel the billing. They then told me that Crunch will pursue me with collection actions! You want to guarantee that I will never become a customer again? Make it difficult for me to cancel and then threaten collection action because I wont cancel the way you want!

My gym closed its doors so I really only had 2 other options in my area. It was Crunch or 24hr Fitness. I went with Crunch because I like to stay focused on my work out when Im at the gym and dont like waiting in line for a machine to open up. Crunch is big enough that you dont feel like youre working out on top of each other. The staff is courteous and doesnt interfere with your routine. I hate 24hr Fitness its over crowded and people are too into how they look working out not how effective the work out actually is. Only 2 things I wish Crunch could fix is the funky smell from the A.C. and if they could get heavier dumbbells they only go as high as 80lbs.

Really really bad service. I paid $27 and they "Accidentally Double Charged Me" the guy who helped me was Jordan and he told me that he was gonna leave a note to the manager and that they were gonna refund my money. I dont know who the heck is the manager but I havent received my money back. Its been 3 weeks already and nothing. I called 3 times and they said that they will notify the manager or who ever is in charge to take care of the situation, but he has not done nothing.Really bad service. I dont know if its the workers or the manager but really bad service. So I have decided to go to another gym and cancel crunch.

For 10 dollars a month, you cant get much better. Plenty of machines and treadmills and even has a hexbar for deadlifts. All the equipment you need for a good workout for any muscle group. I dont go to the classes much, but my girlfriend says they are pretty average for gym classes. Ive had personal trainers go out of their way to give me pointers when theyre not busy with clients. Can get busy around lunch and when work gets out. Be warned, if you want access to the spa/tanning facilities or want to go to more than one location youll have to upgrade to the $20/month plan.

Total joke. My son cancelled his membership a week after four months and he was billed for the month he didnt use and hit with an annual fee. I asked if they would pro-rate either and they were completely inflexible. So beware, if you dont cancel within four months they will bang you for the year.

Friendly staff, plenty of equipment, reasonable price Now that it is getting into the warmer months Im noticing that this location doesnt seem to run the air conditioning or its set at too high of a temperature. The temperature in the gym makes it very uncomfortable.

Its very clean, the Personal trainers/other members are usually nice people and the price is pretty decent. My only complaint would be sometimes it gets a little crowded, but that is more of a personal issue and doesnt affect the quality of the gym.

Cancelled my membership and was charged anyways. Ive worked in the industry for over 15 years as a trainer and sales manager and have never experienced people who are so unwilling to work with a member. Very disappointed. Very poor customer service.

Its cheap, but you get what you pay for. If youre into weight lifting, be prepared to wait for equipment. Theres 2 flat benches, 2 incline benches, and 1 squat rack. Not counting anything like a Smith machine. Sometimes theres not enough bars.

I go here to workout two times a week, I enjoy the staff and the atmosphere in the gym. The people are relatively nice and the place is usually clean. Its a nice place to workout.

Great place to go and exercise with all the equipment available with your membership. Suggest going in the morning or midday when there is less crowd.

This gym is full of amateurs. You cant even deadlift. And grandmas are always using the machines. And mostly half the people have bad form
