Absolutely the best body shop I have been to! (Ive had my share of accidents) The customer service was awesome. From the moment I called for directions to my scheduled drop off day. It was just smooth. Really felt like they cared and wanted to take the stress off of me. They even arranged a rental for me. What was really nice is that the rental did take a little longer than expected (maybe 15 minutes, no biggy) but they offered to take me to the rental office themselves in their shuttle van. I was actually ok just waiting in their customer lobby drinking their fancy coffee, chatting away with Raul, Jillian and Joey! Great crew, you can just tell everyone is happy and enjoys what they do. I was intimidated at first to be honest, when I pulled up all I saw were really nice vehicles, Porsches, Rovers, Audis... I was like, they wont work on my little Ford... But nope, they took good care of her and kept me updated throughout the repair! Needless to say...They have a customer for life, because I know I will be back for something! LOL! Oh and my car came out pretty good and they offer a lifetime warranty! Awesome!

Dont take your whip here (AKA vehicle). They do bad work and Im not one to leave bad feedback. I asked them to make it better and called them 6 times in a 3 week period before I heard back from the manger and his final response was" Im sorry that we didnt get back to you, we have a lot on our plate. You stay happy and keep smiling." I filled a complaint on AAA as well for referring me to this garbage place. Ask to send you elsewhere, youve been warned.

Surprisingly excellent customer service from a repair shop. They followed up daily, did a perfect job on my car and had it all washed and clean for me a couple days earlier than expected. I highly recommend them.

Ron was awesome. He buffed out a huge scratch in about 15 minutes. Another local body shop quoted me 4 days and over $900 for the same scratch. If I ever need any more work Ill be back.
