This is a great restaurant: I like El Pollo Loco, and this is my favorite El Pollo Loco. The staff is excellent, the chicken is excellent, and the side orders are excellent. They havent yet remodeled, as some El Pollo Locos have, but the seating area is still nice. Finally, it is cost-effective for large groups: I have 7 children, and the cost per person is very reasonable with the family meals. We eat here weekly, and have for many years.

This is about the same as any other El Pollo Loco you will find. The same service, chicken, salsa bar and so on but with one major exception...they over price their items compared to other locations. A Pollo Bowl combo at my local location is $5.25 but here its $7.00! The same thing with many of their other items that are over priced. These are franchises and the owner has a right to make a profit but this one just seems greedy.

We eat here at least once a week. The staff is very nice, the chicken is always good, the macaroni and cheese is usually good, the cole slaw is good, the mashed potatoes and gravy are good, the black beans are good, the seating area is nice, and the parking is good. I love El Pollo Loco, and this is my favorite El Pollo Loco!

Although I love El Pollo Loco, I have noticed the double chicken salalds I always get are getting skimpier. They look like a small handful of lettuce and a spoon of Pico degio, very disappointing for an $8 salad. And its not just this location. Will have to stick to just chicken meals.
