My Wife and I recently hosted a 50th Birthday party for a dear friend of ours at our home and when it came time to decide on a caterer, there really was no discussion. I had been fortunate enough to work with Ed and the Team at Spectacular Catering on several occasions thru business and had always found them EXCEPTIONAL on every level. Right from the beginning, Ed helped us decide on a menu, offering tons of suggestions to fit not only our taste but also our budget. Ed and his staff really go the EXTRA MILE providing more than just great service, but professional, organized service with a HUGE Smile. (One of his servers even cut and served the birthday cake for us, which was NOT part of their duties). Spectacular Catering thought of Everything.....they even came prepared to adjust/move our light fixtures to create a more dramatic effect with their decorations. The entire event went off without a hitch and was incredibly elegant and when it was over they even took the trash with them when they left!!!!! We are still receiving compliments and rave reviews on the party and the Birthday Girl was impressed beyond words!!!! I wholeheartedly recommend Spectacular Catering to anyone looking to work with the BEST and not break the bank while doing it. Thanks Ed....Were customers for life!

We were so fortunate to have found Spectacular Catering for our sons wedding reception that took place on Memorial Day weekend! We had thought all along that wed be able to coordinate everything on our own for a backyard dinner reception for 100 guest - then panic set in six weeks before the wedding. I knew we needed help, then researched and called, and Ed was there and assured me that, having been in the catering business for over 25 years, they would be able to take care of all the details from A to Z. We placed our trust in Ed, and he delivered! I was recently in the LA/Anaheim area looking for a caterer to provide services for my family reunions banquet night. I found Spectacular Catering online while still in Indianapolis. Ed worked with me to get everything planned and worked out over the phone and via email. We chose the Hollywood Glamour Theme with the Red Carpet. My family and I were amazed at the personal touches he and his staff provided during our event. The food was excellent, but the service was even better. I wish there were more Spectacular Catering Companies all over. I would certainly use Ed and his wonderful staff again if I am ever in the area again. Spectacular Catering is THE BEST CATERING COMPANY EVER!!!! Ed is super helpful and his staff are all star quality! They catered for a wedding shower for my sister and her fiance and it came out FANTASTIC. I chose the Hawaiian Luau theme and it was a hit! Everyone loved the Polynesian Dancers and they even picked guests out from the audience and had them do some dances for the rest of us. I must say it was hilarious watching everyone try to hula dance. The food was awesome... the kalua pork is a must, it was sooooooo delicious. This is the best place, they are full service and take care of everything for you! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

I have had the opportunity to use Spectacular catering twice now, the 1st time for a company picnic, and everyone raved about how good the food was, the decorations were fantastic, we had a western theme, so I decided to use them again for my Fathers "Celebration of life". This was not as joyous of an event, but Ed and his staff made it worry free for my Mom and I, they took care of everything and our gusts loved the food. He made a very sad event a good experience. Spectacular Catering is the best company that I have ever worked with. Ed Dart was so knowledgeable and helpful in putting my whole company BBQ together. I told him what I wanted and he took care of the rest! What a relief it was to find him. We used SPECTACULAR CATERING last December for our holiday party. Ed Dart, owner, was able to provide us with everything we needed to turn this event into the best Holiday event ever. The food was delicious, Eds staff was great and everything went off seamless. We will use Ed and his staff again.
