We came to celebrate a birthday with a party of 20-30 people. We were crammed in a row of about 10 two-seater tables in the bar! There was no way for us to socialize with the whole group. The server told us not to move around once we ordered, which we thought meant after ordering our food. Two people switched seats so the birthday boy was happy where he was sitting. When the server returned she scolded us and said "we cant promise everyone will get the right dish or checks now because you moved." We had no intentions of ruining the flow of things, and innocently thought we would be good since we hadnt ordered food yet. She replied with "well you ordered drinks." Which was funny because we only had water. I was shocked that she openly argued with us. Also, the person who planned the party ordered a whole cheesecake, and called ahead of time to make sure it would be ready. Another server came over to argue with her about the fact that they didnt know about it and it wasnt paid for yet. I was even more shocked at this. This woman stood there for a good 5 minutes, taking time away from our celebration. I will never come here again. Service was horrible, and they were lucky gratuity is mandatory for large groups because we were not going to leave a dime. The noodles were too al dente for my taste, cheesecake was good as always.

We usually go there for an hour lunch from work, and today was a miserable experience, started with the choice of the setting area and it was around bunch of kids loud, throwing things overhead we end up switching to another table, and we end up with a worst situation than the first one as our server was very defensive, negative and bad attitude right of the start doing her routine in a very terrible way and here are some of her answers to our order as a server with that attitude: Can I start with my salad first? She replies Oh; I will see what I can do about it! I’m still waiting on my salad. She replies but I already put the order in for you! And telling us in a way how she wants to serve us to fill this and to complete that and how to sign and take that copy of the bill and acting it’s like it first time to pay a restaurant check. Over all she made the lunch un-enjoyable and just wants to state this out there for whomever may come across this server. Because of the rest of the staff were nice and courteous I might go there again but it will not be for a while and for sure not with that Avalina server ever again.

This place was recommended to me from australia so we chechek it out but what we got was ABSOLUTELY REALLY BAD COLD FOOD AND RIPPED OFF BY WAITER. Ordered a rib eye stake medium well done received almost raw. When i double checked with waiter about it she goes yes it should have been medium well done. This is not medium well done as there was blood on it waiter picked up my used small plate and goes put it on this plate and ill tell them to cook it abit more and can just eat the other stuff on the plate. I was in absolute shock at this practice the plate was smaller then the meat and she wanted to put it on that plate so i just left it as is. My kids cheese pizza tasted like plastic and had a frozen smell to it same goes with my wife the pizza parma not to mention all meals cold. When i asked about the bill and said to the waiter do i pay at the counter she goes ill take it put a $100 bill waiter never came with the change. NEVER WILL I GO AGAIN TO THIS RESTAURANT. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Came in with no waiting time on a Wednesday around 5. We got seated and then we got our complimentary bread. The bread was soo good. The waiter that we had was just blah with us. Like she didnt want to be there kind of attitude. The dish that I ordered was very dry and not tasty at all. I got the luisana fried chichen pasta. Never ordering that again. My girlfriend got the fried macaroni and cheese, it was pretty tasty and my other friend got the baffalo fried chicken and she said it was good. Last time I came in I got the rip eye steak and I should of Ordered It again. We came here as last option because my girlfriend and her Cast members work at Disney. So it was just across the street were the parked from k lot. We were pretty disappointed on the service. But maybe next time we come well just eat chessecake.

We ate at the Cheesecake Factory a few times on our recent trip to Disneyland. To say the menu is extensive would be a massive understatement, there really is something for everyone. Burgers to sandwiches, salads to pasta, this place has it ALL! Service is excellent, the food is consistently good but be warned, portions are enormous, we never had appetizers or dessert and still struggled to finish our mains! We had to try the cheesecake one time which was of course, sublime. I highly recommend, a slice of the Snickers! You cant book, you just rock up and wait with a buzzer but even on a busy Saturday night, we only had to wait about 15 minutes. Great food, great value, great service - a restaurant trifecta!

The food was good. The kitchen obviously knows what theyre doing. The waiter didnt have any customer service at all. His name was John. He didnt say please or thank you or any of the basics of customer service. I always give servers a chance to be nice. I wait for them and see what they are like, and then I decide what I think. His attitude was very glum and didnt make us feel welcome at all. He said the exact same sentence to the tables around us, like a robot. No smile, no greeting, no welcoming attitude. Im surprised he still works there. The management should pay more attention to their employees customer service. Its about the whole experience, not just the food.

Food was good, except for the catfish. But our waitress was horrible. We never had drinks, she would only bring out 1 drink at a time, she brought out all 7 of our dinners at different times within a 25 minute time frame. My daughter was almost done eating before my food was even out. She was really rude if we asked for anything. If it would have been busy, maybe we could have understood, but it was super dead and lots of staff were just standing aroynd. We leaving we stopped to but cheesecake to go and the works there were great.

Wow! There are a lot of choice on the menu - something for everybody. I ended up going during the lunch hour so I ordered off the lunch menu. I ordered the fish and chips. The portion was excellent - four fish strips and fries also a side of coleslaw (did not expect this, so it felt like a bonus). I can usually finish an entire fish and chip basket but on this occasion, I had to take some left overs. I also ordered the Vietnamese shrimp rolls and these things are to die for - yumminess in every bite!
