Came to eat here back in June and was disappointed. Got hassled about adding blueberries to a smoothie, but the cashier reluctantly agreed to do it. Waited over ten minutes for my food, so I walked up to the food counter to pick up my own order and to ask for an extra side of dressing. Even though there was a manager right there, my food stood for a few more minutes. He checked my food and there were blueberries inside my sandwich when I requested them in my drink not my food! He offered to help me take my food to the table and I said I would go back to the food counter to get my dressing, but he offered to bring it to me so I could enjoy my meal. After watching him for a few minutes, he sent off more food and served other people and had forgotten about me completely. Again, I had to walk up to the counter to ask for my dressing. Not only had no one got it, the back of house seemed mean spirited about getting it for me at all. The manager apologized for having to wait and offered to give me a free pastry, which I did not care for. I was not looking for hand outs, I just wanted the good service Panera is usually known for. I would have been more understanding if it had been super busy, but there were only a handful of customers in the cafe. For a manager, he had his head in the clouds.

The service was terrible. I got the Full Garden Urugla Salad with chicken to go. They gave me a tiny box one can eat in two bites, and charge me $10.99 for it. They told me it comes with a choice of bread, chips, or apple, I chose chips, and they charge me an extra $1.49 for it. When I got home and found out, I figured they gave me the small salad instead of the large, so I called and spoke to a manager, and she said she could not do anything about it! Definetely not going there again

This is the place for breakfast & coffee before Disneyland. Way less crowded than McDonalds next door. Their coffee is great and you add your own cream and sugar which to me is easier. Its comfortable, you could sit and relax here and get a refill. The prices are not all jacked up due to their proximity to the park. Friendly staff. I wouldnt normally go to a Panera but this one is a price & quality oasis amid Disneyland adjacent junk.

They forgot my latte then the beets in the salad were frozen. When I mentioned this to the dude on duty, he said "our Beets dont come frozen", like he didnt believe me and I was lying about it haha. I showed him the frozen Beets so he went back and checked then said "the line is running too cold". He wasnt apologetic nor did he compensate my food or give me a cookie or anything like that. Everything in Anaheim is garbage, basically.

Love this place, so glad I decided to try it out whilst in holidaying in the U.S! They make great espresso coffee (a rarity in the tourist areas) and the staff are so nice and friendly - even after they were abused by a very rude lady shouting racist profanity...they still kept their cool as if they were used to it...which would suck. The bakery items are delicious, I hope to try a salad or panini next time Im in :)

The service is hit or miss. This location is right across the street from Disneyland and various hotels along Harbor Blvd. I think there are times when the staff is overwhelmed by the flow of the Disney crowds and the tables are left dirty. If you are driving, the parking is smaller, its a short walk from Disneyland. The lawn right outside the outdoor eating patio is a fun place to watch the fireworks.

Some lady told us it would take 40 minutes to get served... And she was a customer. What do you know, 40 minutes have passed and no food. I told a staff person and she reacted like she was straight high on marijuana. She couldnt comprehend that we ordered soup. We made a joke with the cashier that it wasnt like they were making the soup from scratch. I guess so...

Another great stop on a lunch break! I love the turkey bravo on asiago focaccia bread. Pressed like a panini! Always great service and the random times my order were wrong, it was fixed immediately and was brought out with a treat! Great place to eat good food!

Love their food! I was happy to see that the Watermelon Feta Salad was back. But really bummed that they ran out of arugula cuz thats one of the key ingredients for the salad. Even tho I had to settle for mixed greens, they added avocado at no extra charge.

I was so excited since we dont have Panera where we live. I ordered online a salad and was given the wrong dressing. Italian when expecting poppy seed just doesnt cut it. The food itself was good but not to the Panera standard Ive had before.

Food was great! All staff was upbeat and kind. We had a huge to-go order and ended up missing an item...called and they were quick to make it right! Kuddos!! In the future we will easily order online and then just picked up.

Had a fantastic experience! Leanna took great care of us when our 2 year old son changed his mind on what he wanted to eat. When you come to Disneyland and want a great sandwich go right across the street to Panera Bread!

The food was great, I ordered a chicken Cesar salad, was fantastic... The only reason Im giving it a low rating is cause the cashier gave me extremely bad attitude when I wanted to change my salad to a full!

Had a misunderstanding and when I talked to the manager about it with my father, he was rude and did not want to work with us. If this is how panera bread treats people they just lost a couple customer.

Ordered a bread bowl WITH soup inside and all i got was a bread bowl with less than a cup of soup in it not exaggerating also my food took long when the place was empty and food was cold when i got it

Typical Panera bread establishment but with theme part inflated pricing as it is located somewhat near Disney I would drive 15 minutes further out of Disney and go somewhere else for food.

Awesome sauce...open til midnight. Limited items the later it gets. Im a fan of the Cinnamon Crunch bagels and egg and steak sandwich. Smoothies seem small for the price but fresh.

I generally think panera is great. This location, however, is poorly managed and the service is terrible. Dont pre order here - the order is usually wrong and rarely done on time.

Staff was awful - mixed up orders. Out of silverware. There is a crazy skinny girl with dark hair "dark plastic frame glasses" that works doesn`t know how to talk to customers.

I really liked this place. In Canada we dont have a Panera Bread. It was a nice option of food that at least made you feel like you are eating a little healthier.
