My experience was extremely terrible. I went in to have my pants altered from my waist and inseam for NYE. When she gave me the total, I thought it was expensive ($14 for Waist and $16 per inseam), but I agreed because I trusted her service and I was pressing for time. When I finally shopped around, She was charging twice the amount of a tailor (Petes Tailor Shop-Downey). I picked up my dry cleaning and explained she was charging twice the amount, and she said, "Well its your choice who you go too." On NYE, my pants where never altered from the waist. I took them back explaining the bad service and terrible experince. She stated, " Its NOT a life and death situation. I guess I forgot to alter the waist. We all make mistakes. Just, gave me the pants, and I will alter it." I asked for my money back, so I could take them else where, and she said, "We dont offer refunds on alteration. Just give me the pants." -Unsatisfied Customer: Bad Experience and Terrible Service
