Every time Ive dropped off my cleaning lately, the woman behind the counter has been on the phone or otherwise preoccupied and doesnt take in my order correctly and everything keeps getting screwed up! She then couldnt find my cleaning and claimed Id never dropped the clothes off! (She was on the phone when the order was dropped off and it must have been tagged incorrectly.) Then they call me at home to say they did find it after I needed the suit for a meeting. Wow. When I questioned her, she yelled at me and told me not to bother coming back - asked why I was so sensitive about having to wait for my clothes. Yikes. Are you kidding? Plenty of fish in the sea - dont waste your time with these folks. They just dont seem to get it.

After moving to Pasadena, I tried out two other dry cleaners before settling on Civic Center. Most important, theyre not too far from my home (which may not be of much help to the reader). Their rates are lower than the other two places I investigated. The people working there are courteous and businesslike. Most importantly, my clothes get clean. They also have someone who can tailor clothes.
