I dropped off a dress over a week ago and a few of my husbands shirts on Saturday to be cleaned. I came in Monday evening to pick up all of the garments and the owner couldnt find my dress, and they failed to starch my husbands shirts even though I explicitly asked for it to be done. The owner was unapologetic that the dress could not be found and that the shirts had to be re-pressed. She was extremely rude when I suggested that some sort of discount should be offered to compensate for having to return to pick up my garments later when "her worker could come back to find the dress and re-press the shirts", even though they said it would all be ready by Monday. The owner was also shady in quoting prices, giving different prices on 2 occasions for the order. Poor integrity, terrible customer service, disappointing experience. Will not be returning in the future.

I brought in a Star Trek costume for Comic Con that I had bought on ebay from a Chinese company that had messed up a bunch of things, and this tailor helped to fix it at a reasonable price. The mock turtle neck was made from cotton instead of a stretchy material, so I couldnt even get it over my head! The tailor had the idea to install a small zipper (and they happened to have the right color) on the side of the neck, which worked perfectly. The pant waist was also too narrow by a couple of inches, and the tailor was able to fix it by taking out some of the darts. Overall, I had a positive experience.

Its been a pleasure using Green Street Cleaners services for over a year already. They are always punctual and do everything perfectly. Ive used their dry cleaning, laundry service, and tailoring service! They have never let me down! I am definitely going to continue to use them!

Awful service...overpriced for what they give you...shirts dirtier than when you came in...brand new, unworn shirts made to look years old from whatever it is they do to them. Dont go here.

I have been going to this EXCELLENT Outfit now for over 20 years. They have never let me down. So if you need dry cleaning or alternations. Then this place is high;y recommended by me

I called the store to find out the hours of operation and price. The lady who answered the phone was as rude as she could be. I wont be going to them for their attitude.
