We have been loyal customers for many years, and was very disappointed in the way I was recently treated and my concerns were not addressed. They have lost us as customers. I took in a dress for cleaning and a pair of pants for shortening. When I picked up my articles I noticed the dress didnt appear to have been cleaned. The clerk asked for payment, and I asked the clerk if the dress had been cleaned, she didnt respond, I asked another question... were you not able to get the light stain out? silence. asked another... do you see the stain on the dress??? She squints her eyes and scratches the material in the area I pointed toward. I again asked if they had cleaned the dress. She commented that I have extremely good eyes to see any stain on my dress. I asked if they would launder it again, and the clerk began to show my garment to another customer asking them to find the stain, essentially inviting them to be a "judge". The clerk tries to plead her case by joking to the other patron/customer how i have super vision. The clerk laughs (at her joke i assume) meanwhile...I take possession of my two garments, then pay, get my receipt of payment... then i told the clerk that they had lost a customer today, that I felt disrespected because my concerns were laughed at... O yea... the hem on the pants came out in the very first wash... argh! I agree with m m. ~My concern is that they are not customer friendly enough to understand that they might have been at fault . Basically they called me a liar. In any case, they have lost a loyal customer. I strongly recommend against this place.

We have taken our clothing here a few times and will not be going back. Some of the pants came back a little bit more snug-fitting than they were when we dropped them off, but after giving them the benefit of the doubt we continued to take our clothing to Town Center. Until now. I dropped off a pair of linen pants to be dry cleaned and when I picked them up they were covered with a strange-looking stain along the waistline and the pockets. They said that it was no fault of theirs, but that it was something inherently wrong with the pants. Huh? They attempted to launder the pants to get the stains out, but to no avail. They completely refused to remedy the situation - a comparable pair of pants, reimbursement, etc. Not even an apology! I am not sure if it is the chemicals or the process that they use, but these pants had been taken to several other dry cleaners in the past without a problem. BOTTOM LINE: If you mess something up, then make it right. I am just glad they did not ruin something irreplaceable like a wedding dress!

I have been using these cleaners for 6 years and they are always courteous and professional. The quality is very good and I have never had any problems. They do same day service, as well, which is great for us procrastinators! As for the poor review - clothes shrink, they just shrink less with dry cleaning than normal washing.
