Hubby just returned with drapes that were dry cleaned by DCF. Problem was, they shrank at least 8 inches! Isnt that why you get things dry cleaned and not laundered?! Not sure what were going to do but they look wonky now and we may have to add fabric to bottom (lots more time and money). At the counter theres along list of things theyre not responsible for, including shrinkage. In other words, they can screw up your job and just point at the sign!!

I love the great service I receive at The Dry Cleaning Factory in Downey, CA. They always clean and press my clothes very nicely, their prices are low, and all the people there are so nice and friendly. I do recommend them highly.

Each day getting worse more stains bad pressing shirts no good pressing pants even 3 crease s . I dont know whats going on they even loss my jeans . Well me and family looking for other dry cleaning service.

Very Good Cleaning specially the pressing is better then before pants dont come Doble crease I use to press them my self but now I trust Factory Cleaners .
