*BEWARE!* I have been a loyal patron for 6 years. Ive always been impressed by the owner Andrews ability to remember my name when I come in, but I found out the hard way thats where his business acumen ends. He shrank 2 of my dress shirts, and slacks to an expensive suit. I spoke to him very calmly and respectfully, simply seeking to understand what might have happened and how he could help me fix it. He immediately lost his composure and started yelling and getting fiercely defensive. I went way out of my way to find a resolution- I tried on the clothes for him, and even went home and got the same brand clothing to compare, went and bought a brand new shirt to compare, all the while remaining calm, smiling, and reassuring him that hes done a fine job for me in the past, that I know that he does his best, etc. even though MY CLOTHES WERE RUINED!! I wasnt asking for money or being demanding- only pleading for his assistance to find a resolution. The 2 ladies who work there were both very calm and pleasant about it- one of them apologized for Andrew saying, "sorry, this is how he gets". Andrew refused to help at all and just kept repeating himself like a petulant child, increasing in volume until I couldnt take any more. After 3 trips back, and 2+ hours wasted, I left with my ruined clothing dejected. Andrew is not only a very poor business man, but an outright bully with an anger management problem! Avoid coming here so that you dont have to find out firsthand what happens if/when you have a problem.

If you are looking for a good Dry Cleaner, you have found the right place. We have been going to this Dry Cleaner for 18 years. It changed ownership a couple years ago and the service even got better. It does not matter what kind of spot or dirt you got on your hat, clothes, pants etc. the owner gets it out. We often wonder how, but the spots are gone. We also take our clothes that shrunk. When we pick them up, they fit again and look like new. If a spot did not quite come out as we were hoping for, the owner will clean it again at no charge and sure enough, the spot is gone. We have gone to a lot of cleaners in San Francisco and Huntington Beach, but this cleaner is a miracle worker for any garment. We also take our pants that need shortening and never have been dissatisfied. The prices are reasonable and the service the best. The convenient parking lot is an additional plus. The previous one star reviews might be of the previous owner, but we were happy with their service too and never lost a garment. Do give them a try, and you will not be disappointed.

The sign in the front says "Shirts 95c". I have been going here, or should I say, I had been going here for a number of years. A couple of weeks ago I picked up my laundry and was quite surprised to find out my weekly bill had doubled! When I asked why, they told me that shirts went up to $2. When I asked about the $.95 price in the window I was told that was only pure white shirts without any stripes or patterns in the weave. I then asked if they were handled differently - They said no. I asked if they were harder to clean, they said no. I then left and thought to myself, they dont deserve me or my clients business. So, I walked back in to find the two (young guy and gal) laughing. It drove home my thoughts even more. So, I then told them that I would no longer be coming to this dry cleaner because I thought I thought they were baiting and switching. They looked at me with the expression "You think we care?" I wouldnt use them. Paul

Brought in my items Thursday morning, 8 am. Asked for RUSH service to get my items by 9 am the following day. No problem, assured the girl at the front. Next, morning, 9 am, I arrive, and my items are not done! The girl obviously didnt understand me, and the owner told me my cleaning wouldnt be ready until 4 pm. Unacceptable! After pleading, I finally got my clothes back at 2 pm, upsetting my plans for the day. And then, to make matters even WORSE, two of my shirts were ruined by these amateurs - they melted the buttons by pressing at too high a heat. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutly horrible customer service. I would make it a point to tell everyone I know not to go there. It is over priced. The people are rude and they are not capable of keeping track of items.
