STAY AWAY... Would not recommend Glenn Ever “Beware not only does he lie, he also request home inspectors to lie and revise the inspection report to his benefit”. Make sure you hire inspectors that are loyal to you and be present at the time of inspection when you unfortunately have Glenn as your agent or seller’s agent. Glenn Mandell owner and real-estate agent of Fox real estate is Unethical, Dishonest real estate agent. I would give him zero star if zero was available He surely is not a Man of his word, but sure can play with words and write long emails with no results. He does not take responsibility of his action and plays the blaming game pretty good and will mislead you. He is expert at tempering inspection reports and works with inspectors to disclose what he would like to be disclosed. It’s funny how he is nice to your face and hilarious how he talks bad behind your back and it’s downright comical that he thinks I am unaware. He is not considerate about his clients, he talks bad about the seller and the buyer and the buyer’s agent equally, and he does not discriminate. I had bad experience dealing with him, he has bad mouth me, seller and my agent, he tried to temper inspection report and when the inspector refused to do that he tried to convenience him and when inspector did not fulfil his request he did not disclose the report. And says since problems were not mentioned before escrow he is not responsible. During inspections he purposely did not get the crawl space and attic inspected. Even when I requested my inspector to go back and inspect those areas it did not happen. He refuses to do what he agreed upon in the spread sheet to repair in his own email to the buyer’s agent and plays with words to refuse responsibility. We will never deal with them again, probably the shadiest person I’ve ever met. Not sure why they have a bunch of 5 star reviews... probably paid people to write reviews... Use at your own risk!!!

I have worked with a lot of different Realtor/Brokers and Glenn Mendell is one of the best. Very knowledgable, you can tell right away when speaking to him. There is no high pressure, and he is looking after what is in your best interest. I have recommended him to friends and he always is able to get their offer accepted even in a highly competitve marketplace that we are in today. He knows the market, does the research and gives you honest feedback on what you need to do. I have also seen him as a listing agent, and again his experience and expertise shine. There are so many choices today its hard to pick a good one and Glenn is gem.

I am CEO and President of a sales company, I have used Fox Real Estate/Glenn Mendell on a number of deals. Honestly, I would not and will not use anybody else in the Bay Area. REASON, the deal does not come first at Fox, its you and whats in your best interest, that is their priority. A good agent is worth thier weight in gold, Glenn is PRICELESS! Side note, Glenns ability to negotiate the best deal is outstanding, WIN WIN!

Bad experience! Never ever will use this realtor again!!!! They are not very responsible. They are not thorough; they are not on your side if you are selling your property. It is ok representing a buyer without your consent. It is violation of code of ethics of National Association of Realtors.
