Working with the Elizabeth Weintraub Team via Josh Amolsch was a great experience. We were engulfed in the process of selling and buying at the same time, and Josh was helpful not only in helping us find the perfect house in Sacramento but also in making sure we could close on time. The first house we were set to purchase had some major issues that surfaced after the inspection, which forced us to cancel the sale. However, we were already deep in the process of selling the current home we lived in, so we felt like we were in limbo without a place to live. Josh was able to calm our concerns during the hectic process, and when we found another house that we loved, he was able to expedite the process so our buying/selling close dates matched up! Josh helped turn what could have been a catastrophe into a smooth transaction, all the while making sure that we were happy in our new home. Josh was also very knowledgeable about all the different Sacramento neighborhoods, the different styles of houses, and could provide insight on future building in Sacramento. Overall very impressed! Definitely would do all of my future real estate ventures through Josh and would recommend him to any buyer!
