I recently bought a house using Daniel Pizano as my realtor and the experience was first class. He was incredibly pro-active finding me properties and was available any time in the day / evenings and weekends to show me around dozens of properties. He was even able to show me a couple of homes before they came on the market officially, perfect when the market is going crazy and the houses sell before you have even had a moment to view a place. Daniel really excelled out when it came to making an offer and having it accepted. All the work involved with closing was carefully mapped out in a planner and he endlessly chased people to complete the numerous tasks, meaning that the entire closing from offer to actually getting the keys took less than 25 days. I was so happy with him, and would strongly recommend him to anyone else who is interested in finding an excellent realtor... To top it off he is a really great guy too.

I highly recommend Dan Pizano to help you find your home in the bay area. He helped us find our first place with limited time and an even limited budget. The task seemed daunting but it never seemed to phase Dan. He was always upbeat and actively searching for the perfect house for us. We had worked with a different realtor prior to finding Dan and what a difference it made when we switched! So glad we heard about him! Dan was also very professional and courteous. He was always available when we needed him and I was constantly impressed by the amount of time and energy he invested in our house hunt!
