We would highly recommend Excel Real Estate Eperts to anyone because of the effective marketing plan Jeremy has refined for the modern market, the stellar level of hard work shown by each team member, and the high level of commitment to his clients to get them top dollar through strategic negotiating skills. Due to a number of bad experiences with realtors in the past, my husband and I were on the fence as to whether we wanted to list our house “for sale by owner” or list through an agent. We decided to interview a few before making a decision. Jeremy was the last realtor that we interviewed. We felt welcomed from the moment that we walked into his office and were immediately impressed by the level of professionalism shown by his entire team. Jeremy took the time to answer all our questions until we felt comfortable with our options, and we hired him and his team on the spot. It was a great decision. Jeremy was able to get our house on the market six days after first meeting with him and he was personally at our house (with his sleeves rolled up) working and finalizing every detail for our house to be listed so quickly. Each one of his team members worked efficiently to close our house in 32 days. From staging and photography to brokers and buyers’ agents, we can tell that he has selected only the best to work with and his team has earned the right to use the name Excel.
