My car died on the I-80 heading home to the Bay Area, and I left my key and car at this Big O Tires. The staff worked very diligently to resolve the problem with my car, and maintained excellent communication with my family to inform them of what they thought might be the problem. Overall, a very trustworthy shop who treat you like family. Couldnt have asked for better service.
