Ive had a membership with this store for YEARS. Never a problem. Until recently the older "gentleman" went crazy on my underage son over 1 late fee that we werent aware was even there. We had asked on our last trip if there were any, and the teenager working the register checked with my ID and said no. We proceeded to check out movies. When my son went to drop off the movies, the man called my son dumb for not paying the fees and said that if he didnt go back to pay on tbe spot he would charge my card. WTH?? I have always payed my late fees with this store. This man was COMPLETELY RUDE AND OUT OF LINE. NOT ONCE DID I SAY "I wont pay" I always pay! But apparently that man was in a bad mood today. Still does not give him any right to treat people with such disrespect.

dont waste your time. I went in to sign up and they asked for a $3 new member fee which is ok but then I was told every time a rent a new movie I have to pay $20 deposit fee on top of the $2.80 to rent the movie.
