Very bad, there were no forks the soda machine was not working ordered and did not They let the customer know that they have no forks and nothing gives them food and when one asks for forks they simply say they do not have them they expect customers to eat with their hands Muy mala, no habían tenedores la máquina de soda no estaba funcionando ordenamos y no le hacen saber al cliente que no tienen tenedores y nada le dan la comida y cuando uno pregunta por los tenedores simplemente dicen que no tienen ellos esperan que los clientes coman con las manos.

It was the worst visit Ive ever had at an el pollo loco. I asked for a cheddar cheese bacon chicken casadea. They made me the southwest one. I asked where the cheddar cheese was and said the company doesnt carry cheddar cheese anymore? So why is the sign still up there? So I asked the guy why i got the southwest casadea and not the bacon one. He said he didnt why. He just keep wiping down the tables and didnt really care. Before that i asked the girl working the drive through for a cilantro dressing and gave a dirty look. I wanted to get my money back but I had to get back to work. I never go back there again. I kept the receipt and going to call the corporate office.

I just got home from the one on Lakewood. I had ordered 2 pollo bowls. 1 plain & 1 with no onions. My mom went to get hers out of the bag & asked which was mine. I told her the plain 1 with no onions. Well come to find out they both have onions. Im allergic to onions & now I cant eat my dinner. I called this place 2 times to talk to the manager & no answer. I have to say I. Ashamed of this place. Im a chef & Ive worked at many fast food places. Theres always a reason why people order their food the way they do. I wont be going back to this place. & for me to go back tonight to let them know its not worth my gas & time. Thanks for messing up my dinner.

The star is only so I can post my review. 8:25 pm I pull in the drive thru and order the family meal and I am asked if I would like mixed or legs & thighs? I answer mixed then the girl replies we dont have mixed only legs & thighs, so no big deal legs & thighs will have to do. Her next question is what would you like for your 2 sides? Beans & Rice, her reply is sorry we dont have Beans & Rice. This was very frustrating, why dont you have food prepared??? Why give customers a choice if you dont have what you are offering?? I will not be back to this location again.

Disgusting place! Bought a Rancher bowl for my lunch, made it to work and dumped the bowl on a plate to warm it up. I found a cooked fly at the bottom of the bowl attached to the rice! Im truly sick to my stomach. No Stars needed for this place!!! I phoned the manager to let him know, he was really nice and understanding to my surprise and disgust! but I believe they know this place is nasty!

I was the only person in drive thru and it still took them 15 mins to make a tostada salad, asked for no shrimp, long behold there was shrimp and I say hey I cant eat this theres shrimp so I get an attitude and they take the shrimp off and change it into a different bowl like I thought it was a new salad, no thanks.

Garbage service....you show up at 10pm to grab a quick bite...and they are " out of chicken?"...its EL POLLO LOCO!!!!...now I get what youre saying.." end of the day ..maybe the did run out of food"...I could buy that once...maybe twice..but it has happened to me 4 times ( I live down the road )

They cant get a simple order right! On top of that they cant even cook/ warm tortillas correctly and they take forever. When you try to call and complain they dont answer the phone, this place is a joke.
