Good food. But stingy portions. Barely any meat in the sandwich. Lousy French onion soup. Sprinkled a tiny bit of white cheese which melted & sunk to the bottom of the bowl. Thought they forgot to add cheese. Asked for cheese & a tiny bit was Sprinkled which disappeared. Had small croutons in a plastic bag. Not the piece of sour dough bread that is suppose to go in the soup. Disappointed. Crowded parking.

First-time trying this place and not going back! Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and it had a sticker inside of it, very disappointed because my cousin almost chocked on it. I went to return it and the lady said very nonchalantly, "oh it has a sticker". They need to be MORE careful because next time it could be worse, stupid people!

It was our first time. Very confused when we walked out. Took long to order but we got it eventually. When we got our order we didnt like one of the smoothies and the other was delicious. They were kind enough to switch it out for us. Thanks!:) really appreciated that. Next time ill stick to the same smoothie green passion

I just spoke with a young man on the phone. Calling 5 minutes before they close (9:55pm) to place a catering order for the next morning. It wasnt even a big order! He treated me like my business was the most important thing that happened all year. Pleasant and fabulous staff! Thanks Panera Downey!

I love that every Panera is consistent and delivers the same quality. This is a great place to get some work done and have a delicious meal. Much more quiet than Starbucks and not sub zero temperatures like a lot of coffee shops. Get the reward card! It gives a ton of free items.

This is my favorite restaurant as well as my favorite Panera Bread. This location has the ability to order from your table. I always so the line and counter; find a seat; and order from my app at my leisure. The food then promptly arrives. The best service and the best food.

It was my first time at Panera, I didnt know exactly what to order and the cashier Natalie was super duper helpful. She didnt rush me and she was really nice. The sandwich she recommended was good. I would most definately go back. Thanks for the experience.

They have delicious healthy options. They also have rapid pick up so you can order online and when you arrive your food will be ready for you. You also have the option of ordering from a kiosk instead of at the register if you dont want to stand in line.

Whenever we eat here I feel so relaxed. The service is great, and the workers are so polite. I have had an order wrong one time and the experience was a nice one too. I recommend "Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich - whole sandwich" or the "onion soup"

Sandwiches, salads, bakery, coffee. Sandwich I tried taste ok (I had the chicken chipotle avocado melt), chi tea is good. Sandwich was $9 and latte was $4 comes with small bag of chips, paid $14 so not cheap at all.

It is the same Panera bread as the rest of the them. This location has a drive-thru and is quite large. Not too much outdoor seating. It has a nice indoor fireplace with cozy chairs.

So excited FINALLY opened! The service is great, staff is friendly, professional, and courteous. I was a pleasurable experience. It has a drive-thru AWESOME. Definitely go back.
