I took my car in to have it completely painted about a month and a half ago. To make a long story short they took longer than anticipated but did credit me because I was paying for it myself and I had to have a rental car for extra days. The paint job quality was rushed and they scratched the hell out of my taillights with their sander. I was annoyed but figured there was no way to get it fixed and realizing it was a cheap paint job and an old car was not in the mood to fight about it. I happened to go back a week ago because there was a chip out of the new paint job and wanted to get it fixed. I ran into the owner and showed him the problem. He profusely apologized and said he would fix everything even the taillights. This was amazing as I never expected this level of service based on my previous experience. I brought it in the next Monday and they got everything done in one day as they said they would. They also did the best they could at fixing the lights which look way better. Bottom line, make sure you speak to the owner and double check your car before leaving. However if there is a problem talk to him and he will take care of you. Much better customer service second time around!

I was referred here by a customer in Auto Zone advising me they should charge me no more than 290.00 so I went to get an estimate on my bumper. When I arrived I was greeted by a young gentleman who took a look at my bumper and started off with 250 and I was excited than he quickly moved to 290 with tax plus 100.00 for something else so I said ok. He quickly jumps to 460.00 total. I told him I was referred & I was shopping around for a reasonable deal because the dealer is charging 420.00 & he suggests I go there. Sad service u must say. So I go to Maacos in Long Beach on Carson St & was charged 279.00 paid in full at drop off.

Jason was a pleasure to work with. Our 2006 Nissan Altima had the typical fading paint from the hood to the top of the car. The team at Maaco turned our ugly car to a beautiful car that we are proud to drive. On a side note, the reason I didnt give Maaco five stars was the unprofessional customer service that we received from Cesar on the phone. The team at Maaco should remind him that when he is talking to customers on the phone you dont use slang.

Good and quick online customer service. Good in person customer service, the price for my car painting (just the outside, no collision, i just wanted it a different color) $700. The inside of the car doors would stay the color they already are. With a wait time of 2 weeks. In my opinion that was a bit on the expensive side for me. But the customer service was good! lol Thats all I have to say.

I picked up my car today from the Downey location and I must say inthat my car looked brand new. The team there did a awesome job. I want to say also that the young man by the name of Orlando was such a wonderful soul. He is so professional and a honest guy. With his beautiful smile and respectful spirit, I will recommend anyone that need their car painted to go to Macco in Downey.

Wow, Maaco office representative and painting team did a fantastic job in getting my car painted pure white. The painters painted the car carefully and it looks awesome. Im proud to have gone to Maaco, now friends and family are asking who painted my car and their wanting to change their car color.

DISHONEST SHOP! Once we got the car back, his moms handicapped hanger AND his FasTrak device were missing. When he called, they laughed at him; he asked for a call back from the owner or manager, of course, he never received one.
