UPDATE: After my bad review, Bellwood decided to really take care of me. They did an awesome job. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service the management team provided. This place really does suck. I thought this place was good, until they did an UNFINISHED job on my car! First, they take more than a week to fix only my rear bumper. Then, they tell me they need to wait on the insurance to see if theyll cover the lock that was messed up. They order the part only to realize its the wrong one. They tell me I can pick up my car and I can take it the next day to fix the lock. When I pick up my car it is extremely dirty on the inside. Dirt everywhere from whoever was in there. When I turn the car on, music is blasting and the AC is on full blast. It was nice to see they made themselves so comfortable in MY car. I call the next day for the lock, but I have to wait for the next week because the part never arrived. I NEVER heard from them after that. Jose, who was helping me, or the business never returned my multiple calls. With those multiple calls were multiple voicemails. Never returned. No call back. Nothing. Real professional Jose and Bellwood auto body. I do not recommend this place to anyone. You would think they wanted my business as I was willing to pay for the part myself because they were taking so long, but then again this place is not so professional. DO NOT COME HERE.

Update: I picked up my car and for some reason the ABS Sensor is messed up. They ruined my sensor. They also ruined my car charging ports. This is honestly the Worst place ever. They are rude and come up with any excuse to justify their actions. Stay clear of this place. Original post: Worst body shop ever. They keep on changing the date for when my car will be ready. Its been over 3 weeks. My car was suppose to be ready on Monday. I called and they didnt have it ready. They said they were waiting on the parts. Its a FORD! The parts are American. They told me Wednesday, nothing. Then Thursday I was told they had everything ready all they needed to do was paint. So it was suppose to be done today by 5. Yeah thats not the case. They dont have it ready nor do they have the parts. Promise after promise. This guy named Jose is in charged and he cant seem to keep his word. By far the worst customer service ever. Car insurance should stay clear from this place and youre better off going to another shop. What a waste of time and money.

This is a big shop that is a full block long. Very friendly knowledgeable staff greeted me when I walked in and offered me coffee and pastries. I had to do a double take and make sure I was at a body shop and not Nordstroms! They had all my info in the computer when I got there and I was instantly put at ease. They have Enterprise rental car right on there lot and the process was a breeze. The next day got a call from my service writer Cesar who went over the damages and estimate with me and they got to work. Cesar kept me informed throughout the process and before I knew it they were done. Picked up my truck and it looked better than before the crash. They detailed the truck and even polished my yellow headlights. Between my wife and myself we have had our vehicles repaired at Bellwood Auto Body 3 times now.

Will definitely be bringing my car here again. Rosy was extremely nice and very helpful in handling my paperwork and I got a nice candy bar when i picked up my car. Tim, the estimator that helped me made sure I was informed on everything they were doing and answered all of the many questions I put to him. My experience here was a great one and Im very happy with the service these guys provided. Keep up the good work!

They did an excellent job repairing the bumpers on my Honda Civic EX. They body shop goes an extra mile by checking for interior damage as well. They worked directly with my insurance and guaranteed original Honda parts. My car was left like it just came out of the dealership. The color matched perfectly. I am beyond pleased with their customer service and workmanship. Thank you for leaving my car brand new again.

Customer Service is pretty BAD!!! Girl treat you like you are asking for charity. My specific question was: How long does it take to make an inspection and fix our company car? Her answer: -Sir, its only a inspection, you dont need to leave it (This with a very rude tone). Like if I know how they work and what steps I need to follow. ***Mercury Insurance - please stop dealing with this guys.

This is an insurance-chop shop scam. They are naturally going to under bid any other repair quote. There are looking out for the insurance companies they host onsite...not the injured parties. Ive already contacted the States Insurance Ombudsman about the place. Im sure there will be a rebuttal to this post. All you need to do is walk in the front door and see what I mean.

I just wanted to thank you for a wonderful job on my 2010 Honda Accord. It looks better then it ever did ! You guys were so helpful with my insurance claim and getting my rental car set up. Worst place to take your car for repairs bad service by employees and management "manager " rude with Spanish speaking people. Very bad customer service we where already guaranteed car repair and given an appointment but to arrive and be denied service. Dont waste your time !

Took my car in after I was rear ended. It needed a new bumper and some additional touches. Service was quick and everyone was very friendly! Daniel the estimator keep me updated on all of the details. I would definitely go back and recommend friends and family.

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Their work is poor as well as their customer service. They PROMISE you to get your car looking like new thats a total LIE. They were not able to fix my car not even after I took it back to them 4 times. They suck.

Great prices, Awesome Service My wifes brand new camaro was involved in a hit and run on the freeway, they were able to replace the mirror that was torn off, fix all the dents, matched the paint for about $370 back in 2011. Left the car like new again.
