I drove in ask a question about scratches that were on my car door from someone who scrapped my car from their car bumper while it was parked. The owner came to look at it and gave me his honest opinion and he fixed it within like 20 mins. He gave me a real good price when another place tried to charge me more. The staff here are very friendly, professional, honest, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend others to go here.

I brought my 2014 Honda Accord here at Quality Auto Body Works in Downey right after getting rear ended, they were able to fix my car surprisingly quick, I had a positive experience and anyone needing a repair should definitely come here. This place is excellent I took my car there I didnt have a ride back home and they provide a ride home they fixed everything they said they were going to do like work look like out of the factory brand new stuff good paint and they even polished and detailed my car when I got it back excellent shop excellent staff
