Do not take your car here!!!! I had my BMW repaired here a few years ago after an accident and the quality of their work is horrible!!! I regret that I did not take my car to a better place. Their tow truck showed up first, so thats why I ended up here. They replaced the front bumper with a different style, the paint job had flaws, the alignment of the front bumper was off, the alignment and tracking were never the same and the alignment of the hood was wrong. They completed repairs quickly, but it was too quick in my opinion. When they called me the first time to pick up my car I showed up and the hood was completely lined up wrong and so was the bumper, so I did not take delivery. I had them fix it , but they never got it 100% right. Also, a few days after I got the car back I had to take it back because the steering pump that they replaced began to leak fluid. They replaced the hoses and blamed it on the fact the new unit was to strong for the old hoses. A few days after that the steering wheel began to make a clicking noise while turning. I brought the car back and it wound up being the spring for the airbag that they had replaced. Needless to say I was not pleased. I no longer have this car, but was prompted to write this review because I just had a much better experience at a much higher quality repair shop. To put it in perspective it only took 4 weeks for Number One Auto to complete a $12,000 repair on my BMW and the most recent shop that I had to take my new BMW to took more than three weeks for a $4,000 repair. If you like your car do not take it to Number One Auto.

This place is garbage. They prey on unwitting people. I got in an accident a couple weeks ago and my car was towed here because the tow truck driver convinced me that this place does the best work and he told me that my local collision center (which has a higher rating and includes a lifetime warranty) was crap and BSd me for 15 minutes until I agreed to send it to Number One Auto. IF A TOW TRUCK DRIVER IS TELLING YOU TO SEND IT HERE AFTER AN ACCIDENT, DO NOT LISTEN TO HIM. They probably have some under the table agreement with them. If your car ends up here, dont let them work on your car. It will be stuck there for a while. There are multiple collision centers on the same block. Pick any of them. They are better than Number One Auto.

WORST PLACE TO BRING YOUR CAR TO - SO PLEASE READ ALONG. MY CAR IS STILL IN THEIR SHOP. THEY FINISHED THE INITIAL REPAIR AFTER MORE THAN 3 WEEKS...AND FROM START TO FINISH, THEY NEVER GAVE ME A COURTESY CALL TO INFORM ME OF THE STATUS OF THE REPAIR. MY CAR HAD TO COME BACK IN FOR ADDITIONAL REPAIRS. NOW...IM STILL WAITING FOR THEIR CALL TO LET ME KNOW WHEN ITLL BE READY FOR PICK-UP. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE IF WE STILL HAVE OUR RENTAL CAR, BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE RETURNED IT ALREADY...POOREST SERVICE EVER. I HAD TO CALL MERCURY INSURANCE JUST TO ASK THEM TO INQUIRE ABOUT MY CAR. THE OWNER, THE SUPERVISOR, AND THE WORST FRONT-COUNTER LADY WILL HAVE TO TAKE HUNDREDS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE COURSES TO LEARN HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS....

This review is very late. I have used Number One Auto to service my car four times over the past year and have nothing but great things to say about their honesty and professionalism. I guess that people giving them negative reviews on here must have unrealistic expectations. They have been very friendly honest on every visit I have made. Just recently they got me a great deal on rental car while my Jeep was being fixed and my car is always cleaned inside and out every time I leave whether I am in for major service or something small. I really can not say enough about how I have been treated here. I hope you never have to have work done on your vehicle but if you do give Number One Auto a try. I know you won/t regret it.

I am relatively new to Southern California and got my car towed here by AAA after it wouldnt start for a couple weeks. The car ended up being just fine after towing, no issues starting it up at all. They called me the same day and informed me that I could pick it up at no charge. I had some things I wanted looked at anyway like the brakes so I asked them to keep it for a regular checkup and oil change. They finished within a day and my car was washed and detailed when I picked it up. Basically I ended up with a better car than before it broke.

Went for an estimate because someone hit my car. They gave me an estimate and said they would fix it if I paid them $500.00 upfront first. My brother said the insurance should cover the cost of repairs. When the same thing happened to him, twice, he said he didnt have to put out an out of pocket cash. I found this strange and I ended up never going back. My car still has a big dent on the fender. What is the point of having insurance if I have to pay for the the repairs?

I came to this place and they had my car ready sooner than the estimated time. They were helpful and always returned or answers my call in a timely fashion. I came in for some body work and had my car done in he 5 out of the 6 days. Cosmo is the person who handled my car and he did such a great job. Costumer service is amazing and the over all quality is great. My car looked brand new. Way better than what I would have expected! I highly recommend.

This place is terrible after my car was here for about 1 month YES 1 month they did a mess! Is a 2016 brand new car and end up with lost of dents and scratches NOT from my collision .. when back and toll them and they accept and agree to repair and the "repair" looks like they pain it with a marker !! ! Recommend to look for any other place to repair your collision ..

They have my car now, work on my daughters car and have helped w minor things to them at no charge!! As well as her boyfriends and are very supportive... You can call and ck on things with who is in charge at ant time... There is more good I Will Keep To Myself!!!! Dont drive bye, go in great folks great fair work!!! I would give them no stars. I went to get a estimate and I waited about 10mins one of the girls comes out and says the guy cant give me an estimate until Friday cause hes busy. I told her I dont need it repaired now I just want a estimate and she said we cant help you till Friday so I just left.

Significant lack of communication between their staff, the receptionist has no idea whats going on. After 10 days of waiting for them to tow my car from the city lot over to their shop I decided to go with someone else.
