I could not believe how cruel, cold, malicious and unprofessional these people where with my family after we lost our loved one. Do yourself, your family and the loved one you lost a favor and RUN!!! I wish I would have read their yelp reviews before we agreed to allow them to handle such a sensitive matter. Myrtle is not the right kind of person to handle the death of a loved one and a grieving family. Find a funeral home that is kind, compassionate and loving during a time of great loss. These people will make your worst nightmare come true.
