My husband Alex passed away at UWMC on 8.18.2016 and while wed discussed his last wishes, I literally had no idea where to go for his cremation. I looked online and found Cascade Memorial, which came with glowing reviews, and for good reason! They worked with me to get the paperwork done, get payment done, got all the information Id need to assist with the death certificate - everything. Absolutely everything was taken care of with care and kindness, which in my sleep deprived and extremely devastated state was exactly what I needed. My husbands ashes were ready on time and they maintained contact with me to ensure I was aware of how the process would go. I was given options and spoken to with dignity. My husband was cared for with dignity. For this, I will be eternally grateful. If you are looking for a company with integrity, generosity, and transparency...this is your place. Thank you, Cascade!

I recently lost my mother this October 2012, and the staff at Cascade Memorial were wonderful. They made this upsetting time and process for the funeral arrangements as smooth and painless as possible. Heather and her associate were both wonderful, kind, professional, understanding and patient during this hard time and answered every question my family and I had. Cascade also has a beautiful and extensive selection of memorial items for your loved ones, and I decided to get a customized blown glass orb by the makers of Memory Glass with my mother s ashes inside and a ring containing her ashes. Overall, Cascade Memorial and their staff made this painful journey an experience I will never forget, and they were there every step of the way to help us through this tough time. Words cannot express our familys deep gratitude at the caring, experienced, professional service provided by Cascade Memorial - especially Heather and Sara. Our mom died unexpectedly and we were totally unprepared at this difficult time. Details were somewhat complicated by trying to do some parts of the memorial in another state. On the first call we made to a local funeral home a salesman quoted us a price of $1900 for a simple cremation. Cascade was able to provide excellent service for under $500 and provided unbelieveable support - any questions I had were answered promptly and efficiently. The wonderful people at Cascade Memorial made a very difficult time less painful. All our family who live in Washington have agreed to make their pre-arrangements with Cascade as a gift to their loved ones.

The staff was very kind and compassionate from the first introduction through the cremation process. While I indicated upfront I would not require all options provided with their cremation plan, they were still helpful and courteous with those options they would be responsible for. They were recommended by our hospice team and I was very comfortable and pleased with my choice. My only complaint is with the lack of detail on my mothers death certificate information. My mothers middle name was spelled incorrectly and her address was incomplete. This was their transcription error. However, when I brought it to their attention, they immediately submitted a corrected affidavit and provided me with a printable version to use immediately. I would still recommend Cascade Memorial.

Cascade Memorial made a very hard time so much easier. When my father died, we were just looking for something simple. We went with cremation, and later had a Celebration of life at Clise mansion. The staff at Cascade Memorial helped us put together a beautiful ceremony, and had their Celebrant conduct the tribute. When we released the doves at the reception, one of them hung around and perched in a tree above where the band played. Right up until they played "You Send Me" (my mom and dads song) before it flew away. That was very special to us and for mom. I am so grateful for their helpful assistance. They were very kind and we did not feel pressured. I appreciate all the fantastic suggestions, everything went better than we expected

The staff at Cascade Memorial (particularly working with Heather and Amy,) was absolutely fantastic. My mother passed away recently--March 2013, and stress was upon me and the family to make our way back to California to lay my mother to rest and for her memorial services. Heather was fantastic and very thorough in explaining the procedures and pricing to me. There also were no "hidden" fees like there can easily be with other places. I would definitely recommend Cascade Memorial to others for best rates and top notch professionalism and customer service. These ladies truly helped walk me through the process and I never felt rushed, pushed or sat off to the side. Superb and highly recommended.

I highly recommend Cascade Memorial in Bellevue. Often with a loved ones passing, it is chaotic. Theres a lot of paperwork and decisions to make, but I can confidently say that going with Cascade Memorial was a great decision. My family and I have been fortunate without many deaths in our family, so the process after death was nebulous to us. The folks at Cascade Memorial were incredibly compassionate and thoughtful in our conversations and went above and beyond in making sure we understood what needed to be done and how to best proceed. They were flexible and accommodated our busy schedules. Great place with great service and staff! 5/5

Highly recommend. Staff is very compassionate, warm, and knowledgeable. Madison, Karuna, and Sarah helped me deal with back-to-back within 6 months, sudden deaths of my husband and little brother. They gently guide the bereaved to do what needs to be done, such as accurately filling out death certificate data. There is no sales pressure for expensive caskets or urns, just providing information and prices so the family may choose for their loved ones final disposition. Their prices are lower than most others I interviewed. I hope I do not have any more family members die suddenly, and if I do, I would return to Cascade Memorial.

Both Sarah and Heather are a Godsend. I was referred to Cascade Memorial by a chaplain friend of mine, after my wife died. I used their cremation service directly, and they gave me pointers on planning a special service. The "death industry" is a rip-off, in my humble opinion. There are always exceptions, and Cascade Memorial is a stand-out. My elderly father died in November, and once again, I called these very capable ladies for assistance. They make the process very personal, and they are very thorough. I would highly recommend this company, especially in light of their fair pricing structure. J.G., Issaquah

I HIGHLY recommend Cascade Memorial. Unfortunately we lost our brother May 6 and due to our financial circumstances we had to do what was less expensive and that was to have him cremated. The cost was the lowest in the Northwest but the staff (Heather & Amy) treated us with class and respect. We were not pushed to buy any extras. I have had to make arrangements for 2 other family members at another facility and paid high $ and still was not treated with as much GENIUNE respect and compassion as I was at Cascade Memorial. Thank you ladies, keep this up!

My husbands death was a complete shock, no sign of anything wrong. Fortunately we had our affairs in order and knew what the other wanted. I found Cascade Memorial and they were very respectful and courteous of my feelings. They dealt with my situation with dignity and kindness. I would recommend them to anyone and will be paying for my own arrangements soon so my loved ones wont have to. Also, all of this service at an extremely reasonable price. So many people think they need to spend a fortune, but this experience showed me that is not so.
