The workers there live in fear. Fear of losing their job. Thats why they dont have great customers service. No "hi, hello, how are you?" Business is definitely not focus on the right areas. Came in to work out with my friends, they claimed that I was coaching there. Like I thought the place "got no judgements." They are scare that I will steal their business. Obviously if your trainers are so good, fit, and truly care about people, you guys would have business. A few trainers are out of shape, always see new trainers, and No One look happy there. Once again, business is definitely not focus on the right areas. Like if you are also firing your trainers because they are not good, maybe the problem is not the trainers but its the ppl at the top you know. Anywho they kicked me out because I was working out with my friends. Then a few months later I went back in as a guest. Janine Bueno the general manager said I cant come in because I was kicked out. Like whats your problem? I am not doing anything wrong Im not training anyone anymore. She said the owner of the company wont let me come in. I asked for documentation but she said theres no need. I wasnt thinking about writing any review because it not only waste time but I believe when you do something unjust in business, it will compound and come back to eat the business. However, I decided to because this is not right and I think people should know. As a business owner, we know that our #1 priority is to keep customers happy. When I finally came back, I hardly see people getting personally trained anymore and a lot of the trainers there were no longer working there. Found out one of the trainer got fired (he is my friend), for jogging with his friend when he wasnt on the clock. The friend is a crunch member and also a retired police officer, he told the trainer that it wasnt right what Janine did and that the trainer should appeal. My friend who is the trainer said "No Thank You, I dont want to work there anyways." My other friend who goes there, have to get scanned every time he walks outside to his car to grab something. Like the heck, its not like his membership will expire in 2 min. Im fed up, because the managers here and the workers here dont care about people. (only the new workers who are not yet affected by this culture are great workers) Like go find a job that you love or is happy about. If you are scare of losing your job and dont care about customers, why work there? We pay for your bills, remember that darling.

I agree with alot of people who have negative review on this gym. I like google review way better than yelp because its more impartial than partial because yelp gets their friends and help them to make them look good, so i recommend this cause your review stays on no matter at least Google definitely got it right, with that being said now for my review. I agree with the Nyia with being kicked out for having a friend to workout with. They are so afraid of competition with all their stupid trainers are so pathetic and management they dont care who they hire. They would hire stupid people rather smart intelligent people. They make up lies of story of people who they dont want in their gym and really? I thought you have this banner "Got No Judgement" I guess they threw that out of window. I hope more and more people get their review from Google Review than Yelp, because Google give a honest and impartial review and here is where you get it. If customers where so smart and observant they would look around and see and listen of how they approach the customers with sarcasm its really unconscionable and uncalled for. They should open better gyms with really class and tolerable people and staff them with good people and not just people who dont give a damn. Crunch is so worried about competition and money to use their out-of-shape trainers who just milk their clients for more money and not make them lose weight quick so that they can keep them long term rather short term. I hope people would take a look at other gyms rather than gym that nothing they do justify the means. I hope their desperateness put them out of business. No money is worth 10 bucks a month to put up with the rudeness and sarcasm with this gym. Just take our word for it, just stay away and pay more with more for less ridiculing from staff from Crunch and go elsewhere and get better service from other gyms this one just doesnt cut the mustard as they say.

This happened around the Warriors and Cleveland game series. I asked one of their assistant Nick to help me and others tune the tv the game while he was chatting with his buddy instead of working. He replied "I will" but when I turned to continue my workout he made a very disrespectful gesture at me & I saw him through the mirror in front of me. He never left to get me the remote. He even laughed when I got the remote myself. If I knew where they kept the remote I would have without asking. I was completely stunned because I have been with them since they opened four years ago. I happened to be one of the first few members & had no problem. They are quick to suspend ur account but cant not reprimand their customer That place is ran by bunch of racist people (including the manger ) the owner and first manager are cool. For that reason I decide joining planet fitness.. Ur money is well spent at a place where ur services is well accepted. I advise not to go here. U are better served at a place well deserving ur money.

LOVE this gym! although it is pretty crowded you cannot beat their prices & the staff is extra friendly. I just signed up about a week ago and didnt know they were doing a promotion so my first time fee was super cheap and also got personal training sessions for an awesome deal! I did my first training session with Kelley and she is incredible! She is truly there to help you get to where you wanna be with a great attitude and personality! I love coming here !

Perfect example of getting what you pay for. Yes, its clean and the equipment is decent. But this place is always packed and you can rarely get any benches without waiting. A decent place for cardio if thats your focus. There is always tredmills avaliable and they are also decent. But if you like to lift, be prepared to wait or spend the extra money on a larger gym. All and all, not impressed.

Ive been members of many health clubs This one is all about fitness. Thats why I love it. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. After a few months I hired a great PT (Vada). I love what shes doing and the results. I would highly recommend this gym if youre looking for a great place to workout.

This gym is kind of dim and depressing, as it is just one giant concrete box. The staff is friendly, though, and there are SO MANY good workout machines. TONS of cardio equipment and lots of weight machines and freeweights mean I could not imagine having to wait to use anything here.
