Niavaroni offers the best kick boxing classes! Full of energy and highly motivating. Ive been able to get my body in shape and have a fantastic time. The staff is awesome and very personable. Highly recommend taking classes here.

Navs is the best kickboxing gym in the Sacramento area. Ive trained there for 10 years and now my wife and 10 year old daughter join me now. It has boxers and kickboxers of all levels and is a fun family gym.
