FAST, FRIENDLY, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. The front counter rep., Nick, was incredibly helpful in helping me figure out how to deal with my car troubles. Its my first time owning a car and so I was completely lost when it just wouldnt start one day. Im glad that I came to Meineke first because the quality of their service was astounding. The mechanics showed me and explained to me what was wrong with my vehicle in a very informative way. I honestly couldnt have asked for more from them. They completely deserve five stars and two thumbs up!

I had the best experience at Meineke Elk Grove! They took me in right away, gave me a free break inspection and gave me an estimate of the costs. I was even dropped off and picked up after my car was finished by Meineke! The employees stayed an hour late to get my car running and into my hands. Thank you for the excellent service :-)

Professional...my only problem was I did not know they will rotate my tire for an oil change service...so that explain why they took so long. So next time I will let them know not to do that.
