The usual place I go to in East Sac (clarification- used to go to) can be way too busy. They werent calling me back. And so I looked else where and landed here. First, Adrians communication was quick, clear and honest. My usual place called back with an estimate but I already chose Turning Wrenches. I was curious about the price comparison so I listened to the estimate and Turning Wrenches was considerably cheaper. That felt good. An hour later, my car was ready for pick up! A week later Adrian called to check in to make sure all was still well. Turning Wrenches is my new mechanic shop. They truly understand customer service!

Finally an honest mechanic that doesnt try to sell you anything that you dont need! Went to get my suspension system checked out because other shops told me it needs to be replaced! Called Turning Wrenches and they told me to come in and within an hour of calling I had my vehicle inspected and he told me theres no major concerns and that the car is safe and drivable! Spend nothing over the inspection fee and walked out with a perfectly fine car! Will recommend to anyone that needs work done to their car...honest and quick!

My husband walked into Adrians shop on his fist Saturday open and we had our front and back breaks finished in just under two hours. Just moved to Sacramento and called a ton of shops in the area. Adrian did it the quickest at a very reasonable rate. He was very forthcoming and honest about what I needed to have done to my Kia Optima and what issues could wait. He went above and beyond to check my entire car out when I was just there to get breaks. Couldnt be more satisfied.
