I purchased a lifetime alignment about two years ago. Everytime I go in (about 4 times now) for my alignment "appointment", my car doesnt end up even leaving the parking space for 20-40 minutes. When asked why, Im told that the alignment rack is currently occupied. I thought I had an appointment?!? (<--Biggest gripe) And before it even gets to the rack, they put it on a lift and check everything. When asked why, Im told they need to make sure the alignment is adjustable. Really? Then half the time when I leave, my steering wheel is somewhat off center. One time they said they couldnt get my alignment dialed all the way in because I had a "loose bolt" somewhere on or near my steering rack, but apparently they cant tighten bolts or give me more information. And I just learned they wont remove a tire from one wheel and mount it on another when both wheels are off the car and brought in.

We took our vehicle to this shop to have the coolant flushed. After it being in the shop for less then 30 min we were called and told that we had multiple coolant leaks. Also that we needed a new water pump and several other items needed repair. The estimated cost of repair being over 800.00. Upon getting this information we decided to get a second opinion. With the second opinion we had a pressure check done on the car, (the only way to really diagnose leaks, and it takes over 30 min), and there were no leaks reported. All in all, what a sham!! There are no leaks!! How rude to try and charge so much money for a non existing problem. We will never return to a firestone!

i had a horrible experience with this place. i took my care here to get aligned and it was much worse when i picked it up. despite pulling hard to the right and a steering wheel that was not straight they said it was not what they had done. i took it back to have them fix and they were unable to fix it. after i picked it up the second time my TPMS system had failed and they told me there was nothing they could do, it was not anything they did. there was another customer in there the same time as me that was also upset with their service. DO NOT GO HERE

I had to wait 2 hrs even though with my appointment. If u drive for uber or left dont even bother going there for an inspection cuz they will fail you so they can sell u something. Unless u have a NEW car. Oh yeah n they will still charge u the inspection fee. I love going to firestone cuz where im from they are HONEST N PROFESSIONAL but never again not in Sacramento or atleast not this location.

They are a bit pricey, but convenient for me to drop off my car, walk home and they call me to let me know what is needed. They will tell me what time to pick up the car, how much it will cost and what parts need to be ordered.

I would take my car here again. They are fast, honest and their prices are standardized and fair. My car was fixed well and they even give you a free inspection.

Always let you know what is needed and give you the opportunity to choose what you want completed, if anything. Pricing is typical for this type of service.

tail pipe came loose at rear of muffler, they cannot fix that . . . . what kind of auto repair cannot attach a tail pipe to a muffler
