i went there to smog my car and i waited for 1 hour then the guy say your car wont read you have to drive it on the highway at 50 mph then bring it back or we can fix it here for 70 $ and i ask him if i will be charged again to smog it and hi sayd yes only if you fix it here you will get free smog most smog shops give 10 days to smog it free and i told him i let my friend look at it and fix it he told me let your friend smog it too i dont recommend them i dont know if all smog shops give you 10 days to fix your car and renew smog free but i went to the one on Howe and el camino and they do that all smog shop do thanks for reading

Went to get a smog, after waiting an hour they told me my car didnt pass. He asked me if i had recently changed the battery and i said yes, i had changed the battery that morning. He told me that was why it didnt pass, something about the computer in the car and that i "should have told him that before he tested it". Told me to drive it about 60 miles and bring it back. Charged me $45 for the smog and said hed have to charge me again once i brought it back.

Just had a smog test performed there. The staff was very courteous and attentive, and I was in-and-out about as fast as I think is possible. Im sure most ordinary reviewers would say they could use some updating and more creature comforts in the waiting area. But for me, price, convenience and personnel matter more. Happy with my experience and will use again.

Went here with a over heated car, the gentleman offered to check it out for free. When he saw the problem was just a bad hose he told me if I wanted to buy the hose he would replace it for free. In a moment of stress and uncertainty, it was nice to be shown some human kindness. I appreciate it and will be back.
