I am so impressed and grateful for this facility. I took an impromptu trip to San Francisco a couple of weekends ago. The day I was going to leave, which was a Sunday, my front brakes started to grind. Imagine driving through the city of San Francisco with sound of metal on metal coming from your car every time you reached a stop sign, caught traffic, or had to slow down while descending the citys many hills. I had planned to take a ride share back down LA, but after a LOT of confusion from the girl I picked up, we ended up heading to Sacramento to drop her off instead. It was about 2:30 when my boyfriend started making phone calls to car care centers in Sacramento to see if they could fit us in to get the brakes replaced. The only place who accepted us was this Meineke in Roseville. We were about an hour away from the facility, and they still promised to take us, knowing how dire our situation was. We arrived there at 4pm, just one hour before they were supposed to close. An hour and a half later, passed their closing time, my car was done. They also gave me $40 off my bill. I cannot express how appreciative I am of the empathy and professionalism of the people here. I would have been stranded in Sacramento until the following day if it wasnt for their helpfulness.

So I had to write about this place because they totally did a bad job with my friends car and I ended up getting smacked in the knees cause of it! He went to get the oil changed before he picked me up and they did a check-up for anything else they hoped would need to be fixed. Doing the check they opened the glovebox to get to something called the cabin filter. What he didnt know was they never hooked the door back to the car right and when I opened it up last night it slammed into my knee! We stopped and found out they left some part that makes it open slowly disconnected... for mechanics they are really stupid! A youtube video showed how to check the filter without any tools. It took 2 minutes to check the filter when we stopped and this couldnt remember how to put it back together??? Im just happy he didnt pay them the 39.99 they wanted to charge to do this job that would have been a total rip off! He showed me the papers and they wanted 19.99 for changing the filter and 20.00 for labor for less than 4 minutes of work! If you need repairs done run away from this place! Its your car and if they cant remember to put things back on your car is it safe to trust them with your car?

I would five zero stars if I could. The owner Michale McKnight is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. When I called to work out an issue with a coupon that I purchased for 3 oil changes he told me it was expired and they would not honor it. I explained that this had already been worked out with the previous owner/manager because my mother drives less than 8,000 miles a year and it would be impossible for her to utilize 3 oil changes in a years time. He states he knew nothing about it and flat out refused to honor it. He offered no resolution to the matter and when I asked for his name he hung up me. When I called back he finally gave me his name but told me to take my business elsewhere. This guy doesnt care one little bit about his customers or the service he provides. Everything to him is about the money!! Poor poor service! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! He also put regular oil in my mothers vehicle that has only ever had synthetic in it and never explained the difference to her. Shame on this business

I went in with a coupon for oil change for $9.95. Was told they would not honor it because it was for Meineke in Texas. Gee, dont know why they mailed it to me in Citrus Heights. Still had the oil change done and tires rotated for $19.95 and was told I needed to contact the dealer as I had an oil pan leak and tire wear. Took it to the dealer and found no leak, just sloppy oil change. Oil was overfilled. Have doubts the oil was even changed. Tires were overinflated. When I got car back from Meineke the glove box was undone with everything on the floor. Very sloppy work. Cost me $60 more at the dealer to get oil done again and steam clean all the oil spillage. I would never go back to Meineke.

I went in to get a rotation and balance. I normally stay away from the large shops that have quotas to meet. But it was Sunday, and the local guys are closed. Keith took me into the shop and showed me the uneven wear and recommended not rotating. (to avoid vibration in the steering) And there was no pressure at all to do anything at all! I ended up asking them to check one tire that I saw a weight missing, and they did. It did need a weight and I walked out spending 1/4 of what I thought, and they earned my trust, which is how you get me to spend money with a company. If you talk to Keith, you are getting a straight answer. Thank you, Keith!

I used to have an 07 Buick lacrosse an already had a mechanic in my family personally check to car with me to find nothing wrong an had to go to here for a simple oil change because he was already working on other car from home but after my oil change I was told that now my cv Axel is teared am can cause me to crash but will be over 400 dollars then just a few days after my engine started to get hot... Im not to shire about this place now the owner either if you guys take your car hear please leave a recorder or a hidden camera if possible because these people will never own up to there mistakes

Im from phoenix az. And i was visting family in roseville ca. And had to get a oil change..i went to walmart in roseville leadhill location.they told me they rejected my car for a oil change due to the drain plug was to tight..so i went to meineke on cirbyway ..i dint mention what walmart told me..i was amazed how quick and helpfull meineke was..they did the oil change for $19.95 ..my truck needed an extra 2 qaurts because its a large engine..they did not charge extra..i will be going back to meineke in the future

Went here on a Sunday and dropped off my suv for an oil change and tire balance. Was given prompt attention explanation and fair deal. Even after agreement on the services, once I arrived for pickup the staff informed me that the balance was not necessary and removed the charges from the order. This is probably where most shops couldve just wanted to make a quick buck they did not try and upsell me either. Just pure recommendations on things Ill have to be aware of in the future. Great job all.

They always do an awesome job, today they gave me a free wash after I got my car serviced and a family emergency made me have to take off before they finished the cleaning. The car ran awesomely and they did a great job with the cleaning they did!!! Erica is super friendly and nice, awesome customer service! I really appreciated that the guy working on my car today came out to show me what was wrong with the parts and why they needed to be replaced.
