Take your auto issues to Ace Auto Works. Tommy is the real deal --- very genuine and very knowledgeable. This is my second vehicle I had Tommy service. For this one, I took my truck in for a smog check, and after Tommy drove it around to smog it. He commented on how the truck pulls really hard to the right. I told him I know about it for I have the repair work needed from another facility in Vacaville, CA and showed him the repair report. Tommy had a questionable look on his face as he read the report and said "there is something else going on" so he goes over and examines the left front tire (drivers side) and finds that the tire had developed a large bubble covering about a quarter of the tire. After replacing the tire, my truck rides perfectly, and on top of that --- the tire was replaced free of charge because it was still under warranty. Tommy saved me a chunk of money. Thank you Tommy!

I have always loved taking my cars there for service. Tommy and Frank are one of the most honest people you will ever meet and trust to give you honest price for car service. They service and are knowledgeable about practically all makes and models. I have taken my Acura, Jeep and Toyota cars there. I dont even bother to shop around for car repairs and honest prices anymore because this place is it! Thanks Ace! I hope you guys stay in this business for a long, long time because I dont want to take my car anywhere else.

Frank and Tommy are great. Fair prices. Great work. And honest. They wont try to up sell you. My car is a 1992 Pontiac Gran Prix LE. When I first started going to Ace Auto Works a few years ago Frank said I was brave for driving my car and recommended I buy a new one. But he knew I was on a budget so they fixed it anyway. I always go here when Im in Sacramento. Dont let Frank scare you away. He can seem surly, but hes really a nice guy. He tells it like it is and doesnt sugar coat the diagnosis. Thanks so much.

Ace Auto Works and their mechanic Tommy are great. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get service, repairs and star certified smog. Tommy spent a good 30 mins checking my vehicle and actually test driving it before suggesting anything. Great guy to look up if you heading there. Passed smog here after failing to some absolute BS reasons noted by previous smog station. Look this place up if you need work done. Avoid those other dudes that have no clue what their doing.

Tommy is GREAT! He is very professional and has a GREAT sense of humor. He had a big challenge with my sons PT Cruiser but he was able to figure it out. I wasnt to happy with the cost but the car runs GREAT!!!
