We had a lot on our shoulders. Moving from Los Angeles to, a new County, Elk Grove, which we know nothing of. Location is important to us, not to mention affordability, because one of us is now retired, most important of all, to us, is the home layout due to medical necessities and, of course, an agent who is on our side. A friend recommended Gena Riede. Gena made the whole experience like it was a walk in the park. Gena answered all our phone calls promptly, every time, and explained any questions we threw at her. Gena was incredibly patient, very knowledgeable in real estate, and, of course, on our side. She was on top of everything and kept us in the loop. She informed us of the pros and cons of each neighborhood and what costs to expect from the County/City. The whole process from the beginning was very professional and smooth. I am highly impressed by the way she used her knowledge and experience to show us what we wanted to see and what we needed for our home, especially on very short notice. You see, I work in Los Angeles, our son goes to school, the only time we have to venture up to Elk Grove to find our perfect home was on a Saturday. On short notice (we would call Gena on Wednesday to say we are coming up) she would have 5 to 6 houses lined up for us to visit. When we met up with her on Saturday, usually at 11 a.m., she would give us a list of home we are visiting and a run down of what each house pros and cons are. At time we would give her an address of a home we want to see on a Friday and she would have the research done and report to us as to availability of the home. Her research is impeccable. Gena was patient and never pressured us. She gently steered us away from potential mistakes and toward solutions to meet our needs and wants. She is an advocate for our finding satisfaction rather than trying close a quick deal. We grew to trust her and value her council. We felt 100% confident that she had our best interests at heart and at every step of the way. She treats us like we are her family. We have no hesitation in recommending Gena to anyone who want to buy a home. Dont hesitate to go with Gena (Riede Real Estate). We really felt that Gena makes sure that the buyer gets the right house for their needs and wants. She pay attention to every minor details to ensure that buyer wont have any issues with the house in the future. At a buyers points of view, I thought it was an added advantage. We want to thank Gena for her dedication, her time and her experience in helping us buying our perfect home. Gena is a professional, she knows her job and she is exceptional at it. We cannot give Gena enough praise! Most heartfelt, to us, was the little details she put into the process that give us the assurance that she cares for our needs. Thank you very much Gena. I first found Gena Riede on the internet at Sacramento Real Estate Neighborhoods when I was looking for a condo for my two sons (attending CSUS). Even though my budget was very very small, Gena agreed to help me. She was so patient, supportive, and informative, sticking with me from for 5 long months. She submitted several offers for me and seemed to be working from 7 am to midnight -- again for a miniscule commission on my very small offers. With her perseverance, we finally found our condo. I next decided to buy a rental property and of course I went to her for help. Again, she was a real professional with so much knowledge about real estate rules and regulations. While the condo purchase was a normal sale, the house I tried to purchase was a short sale. Gena was able to explain all of the in’s and out’s of the short sale process, how long it might take, and all of the intermediaries involved besides the sellers and the bank. Every time I sent her a panicked e-mail full of questions, she just answered everything and generally soothed my fears. After having successfully negotiated two real estate transactions as indicated above, I was feeling pretty confident doing them. Recently, however, I needed to sell a property and turned to Gena again. I found that selling a property brought all new fears and concerns with it. Gena was there every step of the way and give me good advice (including staging the property, which worked beautifully). I sent her many e-mails and she worked with me through every twist and turn in the whole process. She found the right buyer for me and got a quick closing & the list price as well! Again, Gena is really nice to work with and I can’t imagine finding a better real estate agent!

Gena is on the ball and was a great asset to helping us find a new family home in the Sacramento area. I would use her again if the need arises and will recommend her to my friends who may need realty services either buying or selling.
