Accesible and very welcoming. My stylist was a great personality and seemed to understand what I wanted, especially given that I brought in references. Once the hair was cut, though, I was missing about 4 inches more to the one inch initially agreed to. She did not have a reason for this, and flat-ironed my hair to try and make it look longer even though I specifically asked for a wavy style. Shortly after leaving the place I noticed uneven shreds. I give her that-she cut off WAY too much volume without notocing i had a strand of hair that was shorter from a previous haircut. Still, even the rest of the hair was shorter than agreed upon. I went back with the same stylist (terrible policy, btw. Having to get your hair fixed by the same person that messed it up?) and settled for a lob. I walked out happy and with my hair wet and in curls, so did not notice that the stylist cut VERY uneven parts. I wont be able to style my hair straight because it is notoceably uneven. Maybe this even hairstyle is not her fortè, but why tell me she can fix something and then make it even worse? I will now have to spend double the money to fix a style that is in EVERY magazine and should be dominated by a senior stylist. Not to mention wait three years for my hair to regain the original length. Money cant pay that back.

For years I was living with just a basic haircut before going to Tony about 4 years ago. I was pleasantly surprised at the cut, and very happy about all the compliments I receive every time I go in. Tony can just see what shape cut can make you look your best, and as someone that cant see that myself, I appreciate that! Stylist: Tony - Hes excellent. Great cut & color, great ideas. Excellent scalp massage after a busy work day! Entertaining! ;-) Salon: Great retail front. Always clean and modern. Helpful staff - Im a "I want this this and this" kind of person. I dont like to browse. The front staff quickly scurries and gets everything I need. Great seating area to relax and read while you wait for your appointment, but Ive never had to wait more than a few pages of my favorite gossip mag. Spa: Ive had a few facials there and theyre top notch. Clean, quiet private room in the back of the salon away from all the noise up front. Very thorough esthetician! Highly recommended. Carmen did a great job. She asked if I had any questions or special requests and then went to work. Not a lot of chatting. Perfect for what I was looking for. Very relaxing.

I first discovered this salon through a Groupon facial 3 pack, and gave it a shot due to the discounted prices. Let me tell you, this is the best place Ive ever been to get facials, all thanks to the wonderfully talented and exceptional Shaun at Sole Salon. I have now gone back to Sole once a month the past 8 months (seeing Shaun exclusively), and my skin has never looked better! Shaun is an expert at choosing the right course of treatment to improve your skin, and she has the hands of an angel. She gives the best face, hand, and arm massages! And even her extractions arent that painful! You can get a three pack of facials for a discounted price, but I would pay full price to come here. Shaun is totally worth it! I totally recommend this place, and will continue to come here for my skincare and facials!

Great salon! I originally found Sole from a Groupon deal because I was trying out a bunch of different salons. Its been almost 2 years since I used that coupon, and Ive been coming to Sole ever since! No more coupon and salon searching. I like the atmosphere. Its very laid back and everyone is very friendly. I can only speak for hair color and cuts (no waxes, makeup, etc). Ive always had great service! I got my hair cut short once and ended up coming back a couple of weeks later wanting my hair even shorter (changed my mind). They didnt change me for a full haircut the second time since it was such a short time frame. I didnt even ask for a discount, they were just that nice! I highly recommend Sole! Ask for Leticia :D

Sophia did a fantastic job. My hair can be a little complex to cut, since its so thick and changes texture when wet vs dry. I know my hair can be a bit of a challenge for some stylists the first time around (just because it takes so long to cut), but she completely owned it. She knew exactly the kind of cut I wanted and did a great job explaining how to properly wash and condition my hair for best results. She has a wonderful personality and super friendly. We talked during the whole session. The end result was fantastic. My cut framed my face perfectly and the style was exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely come here again.

Sole is my ultimate favorite because of the people who work here and also the quality of their work. Tony is fabulous and has given me my best look ever for which I am grateful. Im always happy to go to Solé Salon to get my hair done. All the employees have been friendly, and the salon is both inviting and relaxing. Andreyna is a great stylist. When I decided to cut my long, straight hair into a shoulder-length bob, she did a fabulous job of both reassuring me (I was nervous about my decision to make such a big change) and cutting/styling my hair.

I bought a Groupon for a facial and so I went in blind, having never been here before. Let me tell you, it was the best facial I have ever gotten. Sean (female) was fantastic! She was so gentle and kind and I never felt like I had to buy any products (which you almost always do post-facial). I highly recommend Sole for facials!
