We were looking to purchase a gas insert for our fireplace. We received a very warm welcome and received a tour of the products they carried. We also, got a demo showing us how easy it is to operate and the choices you have for customizing the insert. We are very happy with the purchase and the customer service we received. We especially liked the one stop shop, meaning they have a contractor that takes care of the gas and electrical piece of the installation. I highly recommend them if you are ooking for a gas insert or wood burning stove. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased a beautiful Regency gas fireplace from Berkeley Heat. They have a terrific showroom that allowed me to get a very clear picture of the various styles available for the outer appearance and the various faux wood choices. The installer and his crew they work with are excellent. It was a pleasure to have a contractor be as professional as these men were. BH was the third retail gas fireplace dealer that I visited before making a decision, and I recommend them without reservation.

Took them a little while to get me scheduled because they are SO busy. But once we got scheduled everything went of without a hitch. The fireplace is beautiful and installed excellently. Our project required a custom face plate and the removal of some of our 1911 fireplace bricks. All of it was done with care for my fireplace, for my home, and for my family. Berkeley Heat goes above and beyond and I would absolutely recommend them.

Some crazy say anything sales types who want to get your deposit check real bad. You might get it back if you want to endure a lot of bad behavior. I had a problem with them and the customer service guy emailed me saying I was a liar and a "scumbag". I dont know how they stay in business. Bad reviews all over the internet!

Thanks to Berkeley Heat I, now have a fireplace insert. Moises and the Plumber were great. I ordered the Insert about 2 weeks ago. One week after ordering the Insert. The work started on Monday for the Gas line and the Insert was installed by Friday. Thanks again for a quick and great job.

very bad experience with rude salesman on the phone. Requested a status on order placed 2 weeks prior, and got an attitude for no particular reason, and the man refused to disclose his identity. Bad service, bad people; how can they stay in business, I wonder!
