On our first day there was one woman who was willing to work with us and allowed us to check out what was going on in the beginner class. Ultimately Our decision to look elsewhere was because they were very rude to us when it came to introducing our children to the class. The woman physically blocked me from hugging my daughter and then proceeded to shut the curtain in my face. They were unwilling to allow my three year old to stay with her sisters in the pre-ballet class even though she was the correct intelligence and age level. Im so glad I didnt invest in the color coordinated outfits! I was in ballet for many years and understand rigidity, but customer service needs to be considered we would have been customers for years to come had they allowed us a day to warm up to them. Also the clothing shop smelled like mold and mildew, and the old house seemed colder then outside and completely lacked any heat source! Not appropriate for toddlers in the winter. I have four daughters and was planning to enroll all of them...
