I visited here to pick up a package which was supposed to be delivered to my house but I had missed because I was sleeping. The staff was very helpful, and told me exactly when the driver would be returning and I could pick up my package. They called me, I returned, and had my package in hand within 5 minutes.

I stand in line holding a painting for 15 mins awaiting my turn. When i get to the lady who saw me come in ,saw me holding painting she goes Oh we dont pack items Nice customer service!!! Yep Ups anyday!!

Someone should learn how to turn on the outside lights. It is pitch black outside, making it difficult to see. Seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Staff is great, seems more a management problem.
