I took their cab many times n only liked 2 people never wrote a review in mylife I waited 45 mins for a cab and when he finally came the dude told me to "step out of my cab and pull your pants up" n when I did he told me "pay me up front or Im not driving" i gave him the money.. then he says "you know I cant risk you runing on me you people are fast" I had to step out the cab for his own safety and when I told the dispatcher he didnt seem to mind at all.. funny thing is I called 4 days later n they told me we dont go to that destination.. lol just the worst ppl if I can give them 0 stars I would. You guys should change your company name because definitely not asap

My driver was super rude to me. On the way to get me I told hIm I was nor ready yet and I offered to call back. He still came aND then proceeded to be upset for having to wait. Told dispatch on the walky-talky he was spending far too much time on me. And then got out of the car to watch me take my bags out but did not offer to help even though I am pregnant and had my two year old son with me, who I also had to carry to the door. I would have given him the extra 5 bucks for being patient and helpful. He didnt have to be a dick and ruin my morning over it.

I love everything about ASAP! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I appreciate the chance to support a local business when I need a lift somewhere, I love that I can plan ahead and schedule a pick up on the app, or I can call and know they will be there in a short amount of time. Plus, I always love a business who supports local charities, and does so by polling its users to see what group(s) we feel are deserving of their charitable donations!

Any time Ive been in a pinch for a cab, ASAP has always been incredible and quick. 9 times out of 10, they are at my pickup location in less than 5 minutes which still boggles my mind. Im constantly recommending ASAP Taxi to anyone I know looking for a reliable and quick cab company.

Had the chance to take an ASAP cab this past weekend. The driver was personable. The cab was very clean and had an ample amount of room. Quick to pick up with no problems. Was also more cost efficient than taking an Uber. Well run company who understands what a customer desires.

The dispatcher during the day is very pleasant but even when I call ahead the time they give me is always 15-20 minutes later then they actually arrive. Id give them a 30-45 minute window if they say 15 minutes and you need to be at work.
