Id like to thank Melissa from the Saco Me. office for helping me resolve an ongoing issue. For the past 3 weeks Ive been dealing with a company who sent my order of a small piece of furniture to the wrong address...3000 miles across the country. The package arrived in New Hampshire and was supposed to go to Nevada. The seller refused to redirect my order and suggested that I have someone pick it up, bring it to Fedex and have them pay to ship it to me. Of course that wasnt an option since I dont know anyone who could do that. The other option was for me to have Fedex pick it up to return it with another shipping charge and a 30% restocking fee. I was at my wits end. I spoke with Melissa this morning and after consulting with her manager, she arranged to have the package picked up by Fedex and sent to me at my address in Nevada. I was so happy to finally have this issue resolved! Melissa was friendly, helpful and professional. She is to be commended! Thank you, Melissa! Judy, Las Vegas, Nv.....Happy Customer

1. Never believe estimated delivery time shown on FedEx tracking. 2. Dont expect package at your doorstep if it is heavy. I had 4 packages to be delivered in apartment. The driver came to apartment and told he has lot of other packages to be delivered. He left those packages (50lb each) in front of building updated the status of packages as delivered and ran. Never ever fedex ground.
