Worst service I have ever experienced. I just finished filling a complaint with the BBB against FedEx in general. I have been trying to receive my package for 8 days straight. I have called more the a dozen times and spoken to more then two dozen reps(seriously, Im not exaggerating). I have been told several times my package would be delivered by reps and managers alike and they still have not sent it out for delivery as they keep assuring me. I am now solely devoted to never purchasing anything that is to be delivered by FedEx ever again. This is the first time i have ever filled a complaint with BBB and only the second time ever on Google. I will be contacting Corporate headquarters as soon as I can make a call during the bank hours I work.

I agree with other people, worst service! The delivery person doesnt even try to deliver the package despite giving the clear and concise instructions. Leaves the door tag at the gate, doesnt bother to call using intercom number (which I provided). I had to sit in the lobby w/o eating anything for the whole day and still nobody delivered the package. The worst thing is, the shipment was to be delivered by 3rd January, and it is 10th Jan and still undelivered. The nearest location for holding is shown in Hyannis (LOL) which 50miles from my location and the Middleborough (from where the package is attempted to deliver) is about 28miles from my location! Cant believe FedEx was such a bad service provider!

my FedEx came from the Middleboro Mass office on 10-8-16 at 10:55 am I got home from driving a neighbor to the hospital that morning at 11:30 am I called several times for them to bring it back, for I have to have it and told them that. It is a medical thing I needed and I have yet to receive it. His management told me Saturday if I didnt get it today Saturday that it would go out Monday for they are delivering on Monday I just called and it never went out. Great if my kidneys totally fail due to this test thing not getting to me you FedEx will have a lawsuit I told you guys several times what was in it and you guys have yet to get it to me some company you are.

NO OPTION FOR NEGATIVE 50 STARS!!! FedEx in Middleboro MA is absolutely the worst facility in existence!!!!! The driver claims that the number of my street doesnt exist, this has happened two weeks in a row, yet when your map the address it comes up without a problem, hmmmmm, lazy stupid ass driver is more like it!!!!! Then when you get a email notice that your package wont be delivered as promised, you press the link to go to customer support, but the page cant be found, and theres no phone number to be had!!!!! Beyond pissed at this point!!!!! Save yourself the hassle and dont use this FedEx facility for deliveries!

Id like to point out over night shipping and 3 day shipping are two different companies over night is express. Also you get three attempts for your signature needed package to be delivered and no no one can sign for you if its an in person meaning who Evers name is on the box is the person WHO HAS TO SIGN! FedEx ground is paid salaried not hourly with no benefits and is subcontracted. FedEx does not own the routes a contractor does. There is an app you can fallow your shipment and that way you can be home for your package instead of making the delivery driver go to your residence 3 plus times. Just saying lol

There is no option for zero stars. FedEx never dropped off my payroll checks and the driver said the business was closed and no one was available. This day I just happened to be in the office which is also my home and not a single vehicle came down my driveway from 1:00 pm and it is now 8:00 pm and still no vehicles. Not only did they not get my checks here so my employees get paid on payday but the driver lied about attempting to deliver. I live on a 2,000 feet dead end and can see and hear every footstep and car coming down the gravel.

I live on Cape Cod and have been waiting for a package all week. I came home today from work to find a door tag on my door. Great! I thought. Until I called to see when the package would arrive again. Driver claims hes been to my house three times. False. And by reading the other poor reviews, it sounds like this is normal practice of false delivery claims. Now, my option is to drive 100 miles (round trip) to pick up a package?!? Worst company ever. No attempt to help me. The operators are reading from a script. What a shame.

Piss poor FedEx Home Delivery service here on Cape Cod (based from Middleboro, MA). The jokers from Home Deliver like to head home early, I guess, so they alter the tracking to make it appear as though a delivery attempt was made, even though they never did and no door tag was left. Completely untrustworthy service that wreaks havoc with my small business. I get great service from FedEx Ground out here, however.

A small package arrived there on the 13th of January and never made it to New Bedford. I was never contacted when the tracking number stopped there. Its now February 1st and rumor had it that there may be an employee stealing small packages. I would like my artwork back. It cannot be replaced.

Tried to manage delivery options for my schedule (website provides this, doesnt apply to ground shipping) may have to drive 45 miles to get my order.Not happy. Also tried changing address or my neighbor sign. They wont allow that either. Would not work with me at all.

Whenever I whip though FEDEX it almost always comes several days after the estimated date. A recent package had been on the truck for delivery for the past 5 days and each day it says truck never left distribution center.

Great service. .By ground, 1 day from Pennsylvania to Massachusetts. So fast caught me by surprise and wasnt going to be home. .No problem they make three delivery attempts. Didnt even have to go to depot for pick up
