Unreliable! Irresponsible! Dishonest company! This company is SOOOOOOOO bad that I decide to sign up on Yelp just to write this review! If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I would!! . I bought something from an auction house, and extreme packing solution is on the shipper list the auction house sent me. After the first contact, I have to call them more than once EVERY DAY to push them picking up my items and ship it out. I keep telling them how urgent it is and I said I can pay extra for rearranging the pick up. They kept saying they would do their best and pick up as soon as possible, but they never did. The worst was they kept LYING about the process, or else I could have changed to a better shipper! It has been already one week, and my stuff still hasnt sent out yet! Because of my work, I deal with shipping companies all over the country, and I this is the worst experience Ive ever had. AVOID this shipper or you will regret like I do!!!

My logistics company has had pallets shipped to Extreme for the past 3 years which required breakdown and then box delivery to my clients meetings in the Boston area. They have also performed set-ups for some of the couriered equipment. Jeff Tobin and his team has never failed to be courteous, prompt in their replies and on time when performing these detailed deliveries and set-up. I have also not suffered any loss or damage of equipment even during difficult times such as the last several Boston snowstorms in 2015. If you want professional service you can rely on Extreme Packing Solutions.

I have been using this company for shipping medical equipment for the last couple of years. Much of this equipment is delicate and easily damaged if not properly packed. I have literally shipped hundreds of packages and not have had one complaint from a recipient. In a few cases where I have had an issue with documentation due to my own error, the staff at EPS has gone out of their way to help me solve my issue. The staff here is exceptional and I would not hesitate to have them ship anything of mine.

After years of dreading the run to the post office or other big shipping places I finally found this place. I really like how the helpful staff can ship pretty much anything anywhere and doesnt mind giving me all the options for the major carriers. A few times I went in and they helped me figure out the best way to pack something so it doesnt break and they had anything I needed right there in the store. Also, its nice to deal with a local/family owned business for a change!
