UPS always just leaves a slip saying i wasnt home even though i was. They never really try to deliver the package to my door. I never have any problems with any other carrier just UPS. UPS is horrible. UPS can never seem to deliver a package correctly, always try to deliver to the wrong door like its so hard to read a address on a door. Then when you call customer service and get a call back within the hour just to get someone who gives you an attitude because you want to know whats going on with your package. They tell you they call hold the package at the facility in Dartmouth and you can pick it up anywhere between 7:30 pm & 8:30 pm. You finally agree to do so get there between the time span and they do not have your package. They say theyll try to redeliver it again and go to the wrong door yet again. You call customer service yet again and wait for your call back within the hour. You get a lady named Pam(Dartmouth location) who gives you an attitude laughs at you and says what did you come at 3pm to pick it up laughs and transfers you without even letting you know youre going to be put on hold. You then get Rachel (Dartmouth location) same person you talked to days before who is now denying what she told you days before about picking up the package. They continue to argue with you before then placing you on hold again to say they will attempt to deliver the package tomorrow. Which you already know will be delivered to the wrong door.

I hesitate to give them 1 star. I pains me terribly that I even have to give them that. If I could give them negative stars to lower their rating I would do so in a heartbeat. I tried to get my package. They didnt deliver it because it needed a signature. I went down there and the person at "Customer service" could not have been more rude or insulting. I think they teach being rude to the customer as part of the syllabus at UPS Dartmouth. She failed to tell me that if I waited 15 minutes the truck would be back and I could get it. When I asked the hours of operation she told me to go outside and read the sign. I used their system to put a hold on the package so I could pick it up, I talked to several customer reps on the phone, they didnt hold the package so when I went back...it was back on the truck and they had not held it. You cant talk to anyone in authority and they seem to gloat about not giving you your stuff and making you expend more effort to get your delivery. They are a incompetent, rude, insulting and combative at a baseline. UPS should stand for Unhelpful Pugnacious Smug delivery

UPS services are horrible my driver refuses to deliver to my house. Ive called the company few times trying to complain about this all they do is tell me that hes a good driver and has a good record and they cant help me. Last time they delivered my package to a little mini mart with no approval to deliver my package there. I pay for delivery for a reason. Which is funny because he lied saying that he attempted delivery on a Thursday i hqve the dated note so I went to pick up the package on Friday at the drop-off facility and was told that the package has been there since Wednesday. I have had multiple problems with your company. Your drivers are lazy and dont want to do their job I see them running from house to house acting like theyre delivering packages but just dropping off their little notes they dont actually try to get the persons attention in the house. I am home till 2 most days and I never get my packages from UPS every other company manages to get me my packages. This company has degraded and now just stands for horrible service

i took the day out of work because i was expected to have my shipment today. i left a e mail stating which door to use when they where to deliver my package. needless to say, i lost a whole days pay sitting around for them to come, and leave a infonotice on the WRONG DOOR. i then called right away when i received an e mail saying i was not home for the driver.. which i was.. all...day...long... they had the nerve to tell me if the package is that important to go down to the facility and get it after 730pm if i wanted it today.. well yeah, it is that important to me, i wouldnt have ordered what i did and took the day out of work if it wasnt! not only did i lose money sitting around waiting, now i have to waist gas and pick up my package.. horrible customer service.. oh and they did say that they will notify the driver to see if they can re deliver by 7 but no guarantee! it was closer for me to just pick up what i ordered from toys r us then go to the ups facility. not happy!

I agree, their customer service is terrible, they make halfhearted attempts at delivery. Local UPS Drivers are unprofessional and have no compassion or respect for the people that keep them employed. They think we are just extensions of the boxes they deliver. I would like to see how they feel if a company were to send them things they paid for with their hard earned drivers paychecks, only for them to get sent back to the UPS shipping depot because some lazy bum didnt want to get out the truck to deliver it to his home and ring the bell. Update: UPS in this area has declined to the point of being completely ineffective. They cant make delivery windows, they misdeliver frequently, are discourteous, rude, extremely lazy about getting out of trucks, and it is frustrating to have to deal with these people. I dont understand folks who dont care about the quality of their work.

Overnight a package. Everything goes smoothly as I track the package. Now it wasnt a important package to receive but when you pay 8 dollars for overnight hey why not? I have an issue with the laziness when people who work for this location are too damn lazy to read a sign on the door station the doorbell doesnt work and to come inside (apartments). Then leave a note stating sorry we missed you when people were home and now I have to wait until today. Like I said it isnt an important package, its the principal of how this store operates and how bad the people who work for them are lazy as hell and dont care about peoples packages/mail.

Terrible. They have no number on file. The customer service at the 1-800 number advised me someone from the office will call back. Of course they never did. My package was to be delivered by 3pm, and then they updated the website 20 minutes of 2pm that they would be there anywhere from 3pm to 7pm. Three different representatives advised me I did not need to be home for the package and that it would be left in my mailbox. I called the fourth time about the time frame and they advised me not only will they deliver it when they deliver it, but that I needed to be home. I hate UPS and wish I never had to deal with them ever again.
