They use contractors for deliveries of parcels. Last Wd they informed Amazon that I refused delivery. Yesterday the driver said my package was delivered to my front door. After a week of calls and emails I still have not received my package.

Horrible. Never left the sorting facility. CSI reps kept insisting it was on the truck the last three days. USPS a much better company to have things shipped. This would never happen there.
